My Hero Academia: 10 of Mirio's Best Quotes | ScreenRant

Mirio Togata is arguably one of the most inspiring characters from My Hero Academia. An impressive feat, considering that there are heroes like All Might and Deku walking around in his world. As such, it really shouldn't come as any surprise to hear that Mirio has some truly outstanding quotes.

RELATED: My Hero Academia: 10 Facts You Need To Know About Hawks

That is our focus for today: the amazing quotes that have sprung from Mirio. He may have only appeared relatively recently in the series, but he's already making a major impact. Both for the fans, and for the series as a whole.

10 The Most Iconic Line

“Powerrrrrrr!”

We might as well start with one of the quotes Mirio is most famous for. He's become rather known for shouting power while showing off to Class 1A. To be fair, he was determined to make a point – and he did it well.

Still, it's something that has stuck with us as well. So while this is a simple line, it is well worth being on the list.

9 I'll Never Let Him Make You Sad Ever Again

“I'll never let him make you sad ever again.”

Ouch, this quote is going right to the feels, don't you think? Here Mirio is famously promising Eri that he'll protect her. More than that, he's promising that she'll never have to feel that sad or desperate again.

They say you should never make a promise you can't keep...but Mirio was determined to keep this promise. That's why hearing it hit so hard.

8 Reach for the Stars!

“I turned my work-study experience into power that's allowing me to reach for the stars! Which is why, even if you're scared, I wholeheartedly recommend it to you, first-years!”

You've got to admit, pulling Mirio in to teach the first-years was actually a brilliant call. Not only did he show off his knowledge, but he showed them what they could be. And he did it all in an upbeat manner. Granted, he also beat the heck out of them, but that just went even further in showing the potential each and every student has within.

7 Predictions Are Built on Experience

“You need prediction! It's the way to be faster than your surroundings. The way to trick time. Prediction is the most critical skill of all! And the thing that makes predictions possible is, experience! Predictions are built on experience!”

Another important lesson to learn from Mirio. He's right though. These heroes-in-training are going to come across villains with strange quirks, and thus sometimes they're going to have to find odd ways around them.

RELATED: My Hero Academia: 10 Things That Make No Sense About Camie

They won't learn how to adapt to every strange situation until they have experience under their belt, which is really all that Mirio is trying to teach them here.

6 Won't Catch Me Sobbing

“So that's why you won't catch me sobbing anymore. After all, I'm 'going to become an outstanding hero' from here on out!”

Another painful line from Mirio, though perhaps that has more to do with the context and timing than anything else. Actually, the quote itself is pretty inspiring. Mirio is not going to let anything hold him back. Not the loss of his mentor, nor the loss of his quirk. There's something powerful to take away from that.

5 I Can't Let This Go!

“As long as that girl can't smile...I can't let this go!!”

Many of Mirio's heavy-hitting quotes come from his famous fight against Overhaul. Or, more accurately stated: his battle to save Eri. This is one of those quotes. He was not willing to stop fighting, not for a second. Regardless of the cost. All because he knew there was a little girl in pain, and he was in a position to do something about that.

4 A Hero's Cape

“A hero's cape...! Is for bundling up a young girl who's in terrible pain!”

Another endearing quote from Mirio in regards to Eri. Here he's referring to the moment when he wrapped Eri in his cape, all with the intent of protecting her from further harm.

RELATED: My Hero Academia: 10 Things That Make No Sense About Hawks

There is something really sweet about the gesture, and not just because we all know what immediately followed: Mirio taking a hit for Eri, and ultimately losing his quirk because of it. A fact that he doesn't even remotely regret.

3 The Basics for a Hero

“Wanting to do what you can to help those in trouble...Is part of the basics for a hero...Right?”

This quote is so right. It's also a point the series has been trying to drive home; being a true hero involves wanting to help. The motive behind the actions matters just as much as the actions themselves. That's how you become the Symbol of Peace. Or how you fail, depending on what your motivation is.

2 I Will Always Be Lemillion!

“I will always be Lemillion! Nothing I've done up to now will ever be useless!”

Once again, Mirio is correct. Even without his quirk, Mirio is still a hero. He's a hero because of his actions and his personality, not because of his powers. Though perhaps he didn't realize how true that was, until the moment he was forced to accept it all.

1 I'll Be Your Hero!

“Everything's ok now! I'll be your hero!”

Yes, we know. It's another line from Mirio to Eri, but you've got to admit: they hit you right in the heart. Seeing him protect her with everything he had was touching, and it's impossible not to love him for it.

Additionally, it went so far in proving all of the reasons why he could (and still can) become the Symbol of Peace. We're rooting for you, Mirio.

KUWTK: Has Kendall Jenner Had Plastic Surgery Done On Her Nose & Face?

Has Kendall Jenner from Keeping Up With the Kardashians had work done on her nose and face? The beautiful supermodel is one of the highest-paid women in her industry, but her appearance has changed in recent years.

When KUWTK debuted in 2007, Kendall was a cute Calabasas tween with stringy brown locks, a heavy brow, and a bulbous nose. She's now an elegant brunette with smoldering eyes, perfectly arched eyebrows, full lips, and a button nose. To really understand her facial changes, one has to examine many of her childhood photographs. Over the years, Kendall expressed more and more of an interest in pursuing modeling as a full-time job. With that professional path comes the importance of learning one's angles. Kendall's poses went from tilting her head downward, which accentuated the heaviness of her brow line and the roundness of her nose, to moving her face into the light. By doing so, her unique facial symmetry is now showcased more favorably and her features have a softer presentation.

According to Cosmedocs, Kendall has had a slew of procedures done. While none of the medical professionals are directly associated with her, there is consensus that Kendall has done the following:

"Possibly the most obvious is the change in lip volume, although I’d say the biggest impact here was the eyebrow lift. Although this can be done surgically, it’s most commonly done with toxin. What’s not so obvious from these pics is that she used to have a chin dimple which is much harder to see in recent photos, suggesting she’s had filler in her chin. Overall, I think she looks great, although would take it easy on the lips. Anything we’ve missed??"

However, when looking at the accompanying photograph on the Cosmedocs Instagram page (see below), it's clear that Kendall's makeup is a huge culprit for why her face looks so different. The pale foundation sported in her before pic, coupled with harsh concealer gives her eyes a beady effect. The absence of her smile, as well as the tilt of her head camouflage her cheekbones in the before image. As for lip fillers, there are a number of "bee-stung" glosses and lipsticks that could be behind the plumpness she's exhibited in the "after" shot.

A lot can be done with cosmetics. Lucky for the Kardashian-Jenners, they have access to some of the best makeup artists in the business. While the Internet has been abuzz with speculation of Kendall's alleged plastic surgeries, her age has rarely been taken into account. Many people's faces change from adolescence to adulthood. In most of Kendall's "before" photos, she's still a kid. Any decent plastic surgeon would hesitate to perform a procedure on someone before they turn 18. For Kendall, that was just six years ago. However, a lot of these accusations have been around for much longer than that.

Kendall Jenner started modeling while she was still a teenager, so the changes in her appearance are likely to be attributed to regular aging. At 24-years-old, her bone structure is sharpening, and her nasal cartilage is likely to be less pliable than it was when she was a child, lending to the variation of her nose's appearance. While some of the other women in the Kardashian-Jenner clan have clearly had visible work done (ahem, Kylie), Kendall's face lacks the obviousness of fillers, augmentation, or rhinoplasty. Kendall is the one member of the family who looks the most like her younger self. So question that beautiful mug all you want; that's just a face getting prettier with age.

Everything Bucky Did As The Winter Soldier Between Captain America 1 & 2

The exploits of Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) as the Winter Soldier in the decades between Captain America: The First Avenger and Captain America: The Winter Soldier are some of the most notorious in the history of the MCU. Yet, despite his evil deeds (which he performed under brainwashing and he deeply regrets), Bucky is a beloved character among fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He will soon return to headline The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Disney+ TV series alongside Sam Wilson AKA The Falcon (Anthony Mackie).

As seen in Captain America: The First Avenger, Sergeant James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes was born in 1917 and grew up as the best friend (and occasional protector) of Steve Rogers (Chris Evans). Bucky enlisted in World War II, but while he served in the 107th Infantry Regiment, Steve volunteered for the Strategic Scientific Reserve's Super Soldier Program. After the experiment to create a new breed of super soldier proved successful, Hydra attacked the program and killed the inventor of the Super Soldier Serum, Dr. Abraham Erskine (Stanley Tucci). However, Rogers emerged from the experiment enhanced and he took on the name Captain America. After Steve entered the European theater of the war, he rescued the captured 107th from Hydra and was reunited with Bucky, who had been the subject of experiments by Dr. Arnim Zola (Toby Jones). Captain America then led Bucky and the Howling Commandos on a slew of missions against Hydra, until Bucky was lost during a train mission in the Austrian Alps in 1945.

Related: Captain America Is Marvel's Best Movie Trilogy

After Bucky was presumed Killed In Action, Captain America himself was frozen in ice in 1945 and wasn't discovered until 2012. After Steve was revived in the 21st century, he joined the Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D., respectively. In 2014's Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Steve was shocked to discover that Hydra had infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D. since its inception and that the Hydra operative known as the Winter Soldier was actually Bucky, who also survived World War II. Steve made it his personal mission to rescue Bucky and restore his true personality; ultimately, Cap was successful. However, his loyalty to his oldest friend tore the Avengers apart in Captain America: Civil War, after the Winter Soldier was framed by Helmut Zemo (Daniel Bruhl) for the assassination of the Wakandan King T'Chaka (John Kani).

Eventually, Bucky began to piece his old personality and memories back together. After taking refuge in Wakanda (where he was called the White Wolf), Bucky fought alongside the Avengers against Thanos (Josh Brolin) and the Black Order in Avengers: Infinity War. Bucky was among the billions who died thanks to Thanos' Infinity Gauntlet snap, but he was brought back by Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) to fight and defeat Thanos alongside all of the MCU's heroes in Avengers: Endgame. However, despite his recent heroic deeds and his noble path to redemption, Bucky fears that he may never make up for the evil he was forced to commit by Hydra as the Winter Soldier.

When Bucky fell into the Danube River, he survived because of Zola's experiments, which had enhanced his physiology. Sadly, Bucky's left arm was ripped off during the fall. He was found by Soviet soldiers, who turned him over to Hydra's Soviet division. Zola continued to experiment on Bucky to turn him into Hydra's super-soldier; he was grafted with a new, metal prosthetic arm and he underwent severe brainwashing that erased his memories and personality, thanks to a memory suppression machine.

Bucky received extensive combat training and he was turned into a living weapon and assassin for Hydra and the KGB under the designation "The Winter Soldier". Bucky was activated using a precise sequence of trigger words, which, in Captain America: Civil War, Zemo learned were: "Longing. Rusted. Seventeen. Daybreak. Furnace. Nine. Benign. Homecoming. One. Freight Car. Soldier". Bucky's mind was wiped after every mission and, to prevent him from aging, he was routinely placed in suspended animation in a cryostasis chamber. Along with his superhuman physiology, this allowed Bucky to survive for decades into the 21st century.

As the Winter Soldier, Bucky performed over two dozen assassinations for Hydra and the KGB over the next fifty years. As Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) told Steve Rogers in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, the robotic-armed assassin was considered a ghost story, and "most of the intelligence community doesn't believe he exists."

Perhaps the most fateful kill that Bucky carried out was the assassination of Howard (John Slattery) and Maria Stark (Hope Davis) and the theft of a supply of Super Soldier Serum on December 16, 1991. The Winter Soldier ambushed the Starks as they were driving in Long Island and caused their car to crash. After the Winter Soldier secured the Super Soldier Serum from the Starks' car, he beat Howard, who recognized him as "Sgt. Barnes", to death with his metal arm before he turned his attention to killing Maria. Bucky then destroyed the closet circuit camera recording the double murder before making his escape.

Once Bucky returned to Hydra's Siberian facility, he was used to train the next crop of potential Winter Soldiers that Hydra used the stolen Super Soldier Serum to create. Under Hydra's rules, if the potential Winter Soldiers could defeat Bucky in battle, they would be accepted into the program. However, the new Winter Soldiers proved unstable and caused a riot. They were captured and placed in permanent cryostasis, where they remained even after the Siberian facility was abandoned. Meanwhile, Hydra continued to use Bucky as the Winter Soldier.

In 2009, S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Natasha Romanoff was assigned to escort a nuclear engineer out of Iran. The Winter Soldier was sent by Hydra to assassinate the scientist. As Romanoff recounted her encounter with the Winter Soldier to Steve Rogers, "Somebody shot at my tires near Odessa. We lost control, went straight over a cliff. I pulled us out, but the Winter Soldier was there. I was covering my engineer, so he shot him straight through me."

After the Winter Soldier successfully killed his target despite Black Widow's protection (leaving her with a permanent scar in the process), Natasha went on the hunt of the mystery assassin but came up empty. The Winter Soldier proved to be more elusive than anyone Black Widow had faced up to that point, and they wouldn't meet again until Bucky Barnes was unleashed by Hydra after Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) was targeted for assassination as part of Project Insight in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Selling Sunset 2: Christine Claims Jason Oppenheim Favors Mary

Selling Sunset’s Christine Quinn called out fellow cast members Jason Oppenheim and Mary Fitzgerald work relationship, claiming Jason favors Mary because of their past dating history. The show revolves around their brokerage group and requires the cast to be in close quarters while battling it out for the next best listing. Although the girls are capable of getting their clients and next big paycheck, it could be easier if the owner of the company also happened to be your supportive ex-boyfriend. This is the case for Jason and Mary, who previously dated and lived together before the show but still remain close friends and maintain an intimate work relationship.

Jason and Mary can be seen physically touching each other in and out of the office, despite Mary being engaged to her fiancĂ©, Romain. In season two episode two, the office seating chart hierarchy is acknowledged by fellow cast members, to which Jason responded that the fellow Sunset realtors areseated in proximity to him based on how long he has personally known them. Jason states, in jest, that his twin brother, Brett, is his “womb mate,” and that’s why he sits right next to him at the front. After Brett is Jason’s ex-girlfriend and proclaimed best friend, Mary. The rest of the team chimes in with protest about how long they have been with company, including Heather, who griped about not being closer to the front of the office even though she has been with company for four years. Besides the office politics, Jason and Mary are constantly calling each other “baby,” ensuring that each other is their only best friend, co-parenting two dogs, and, according to Christine, Jason makes sure that Mary gets the best listings in the office.

Related: Selling Sunset: Christine Taking Money from Fiancé's Wallet, Love or Gold Digging?

Christine calls out Jason and Mary’s work relationship a few times throughout the show, especially when it came to Davina’s $75,000,000 listing, which Jason opposed vehemently throughout the season causing tension between them. Christine chimed in saying, "If this was Mary's listing, he would be like 'yeah babe', 'get it babe', but that's just Mary, so...” Selling Sunset’s resident mean girl doesn't hold back on her comments about Mary, and as a result their friendship unravels on-screen. Whether or not the office favoritism played a part in Christine’s criticism of Jason and Mary, she is not the only one who has something to say about their unusual work habits.

Heather, as previously stated, had some grievances, but resident peacemaker Maya also chimed in when asked in an interview with a producer what it’s like when Jason and Brett assign a property to you. The mother of two responds, “I don't know, ask Mary.” This coupled with Christine and Heather’s comments make it apparent that the ex-lovers’ office relationship hasn’t gone unnoticed by the rest of the team.

While tension swirl around the office regarding the unconventional work dynamic between the exes, it is necessary to point out that Jason and Mary have been friends for over 20 years prior to dating, so it isn’t shocking that they have a much stronger relationship with each other than with the rest of the team. Although this history bleeding into work and securing listings can be frustrating for the rest of the crew, it seems like the Selling Sunset ladies are able to handle their own and compensate for the lack of favoritism in the office.

Andy Serkis Shares How Gollum & Smeagol Are Handling Quarantine

In The Lord of the Rings Zoom reunion hosted by Josh Gad, Andy Serkis reveals how his characters Smeagol and Gollum, are social distancing. The gathering is part of Gad's series through COVID-19, Reunited, Apart to raise money for No Kid Hungry. Cast members from all three films, The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Return of the King, joined the over the hour-long call almost two decades after the first film's premiere in December 2001.

Josh Gad's YouTube channel hosted "One Zoom To Rule Them All." A highlight came when Sean Astin and Andy Serkis reenacted one of the most iconic moments from The Two Towers, "POTATOES. Boil 'em. Mash 'em. Stick 'em in a stew." Astin played hobbit Samwise Gamgee, while Serkis voiced and portrayed Gollum, the former hobbit-like creature mutated by the Ring with motion capture technology. The other cast members watched on, gleeful and applauded.

Jackson jumped in with the question on his mind:

"There's been bloody weeks of a lockdown, which I'm sure is the same for you guys, and during all of that, there is only one thing that's kept me up at night, how would social distancing work for Gollum and Smeagol?"

[Serkis] "Social distancing is for pussies. We likes to drink disinfectant, precious."

Responding to Jackson, Serkis contorts his face and performs the character that made him a recognizable star in Hollywood, despite appearing in the flesh for only one scene. His performance is a reminder of the physicality and vocal tenacity that goes into Gollum.

Terminator: Every Time John Connor Died | Screen Rant

In 1984, James Cameron released the first installment in The Terminator film franchise that featured the savior of the world, John Connor, who has died once throughout the six films. While his demise is blatant in Terminator: Dark Fate (2019), there's an allusion made that he may have died more than once throughout the franchise.

When John Connor was first introduced in 1984, he does not make a physical appearance. The Terminator follows the story of Sarah Connor and the need for her survival to give birth to him, as he will lead the resistance against the robotic AI military created by the Skynet corporation. His father is Kyle Reese, who he sent to the past to protect his mother but is unaware of their paternal connection. In the sequel, Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), John (Edward Furlong) makes his first appearance as a 10-year-old living with foster parents.

Related: The Disturbing Reason OJ Simpson Didn’t Play The Terminator

By the time Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003) released, John Connor was well on his way to reaching his destiny as the savior of the world. In the year 2018, John, portrayed by Christian Bale in Terminator Salvation (2009), and his father have become targets of the terminators and Skynet. As the series progresses, timelines shift and alternate realities result in a variety of circumstances for John. He dies only one time, regardless of how each film has framed a possible death scenario for the character.

In 2019’s Terminator: Dark Fate, Sarah Connor returns with a young John at her side. As the two are enjoying their life at the beach, he is killed by a T-800 Terminator. As a result, the entire timeline of the original franchise is altered. This is the only instance where the audience is faced with the fact that John Connor may never return to the franchise but it is not the only time his death is eluded to. In the third film, his future is left ambiguous, and the viewer is unsure of what's to come.

Furthermore, in Terminator Genisys (2015), the timeline is so drastically altered that John Connor should not and could not truly exist. This is because Sarah Connor is already aware of the terminator units and has reprogrammed one in order to assist her in overthrowing Cyberdyne Systems and Skynet. Ultimately, John finds himself in the year 2017 with Sarah and Kyle Reese. When the film ends, Sarah and Kyle do not have sex. Hence, John Connor is not conceived, but somehow remains an evil, time-traveling AI in the film. There is no logical way that he could possibly be born at this point, and he should be presumably nonexistent or dead.

The timeline that came from Terminator Genisys is a bit nonsensical. This could be the second time he dies in, but it's never overtly mentioned in the franchise’s fifth installment. Until that alternate timeline receives clarification, the only time that John Connor dies in The Terminator franchise is during the beginning of Terminator: Dark Fate.

Arrow's Michael Jai White Wants To Play John Stewart Green Lantern In DCEU

Arrow actor Michael Jai White reveals he'd like to play the John Stewart version of Green Lantern in the DC Extended Universe. White portrayed Ben Turner/Bronze Tiger in Arrow seasons two and seven. Originally a villain on the show, Turner's time with the Suicide Squad changed him, though he also died as a result. Luckily, Turner's death was undone by Barry Allen's Flashpoint actions. This led to Oliver Queen encountering him during his time in jail, with Turner ultimately helping Oliver and becoming uneasy friends with him.

Green Lantern has long been a source of speculation for Arrow fans. Many spent the show's run hoping John Diggle would eventually play a version of the character, specifically John Stewart. After several subtle references over the years, Arrow finally paid off on the idea in its series finale earlier this year, offering a fun Green Lantern tease in the show's final moments. Some hope Diggle's portrayer, David Ramsey, will play a role in HBO Max's upcoming Green Lantern series. However, Ramsey hasn't been able to comment on a future as Green Lantern, only saying "we'll still see," after Arrow's series finale. The Green Lantern show will feature two different Green Lanterns, making it a little more likely Ramsey could play one of them.

Now, the Arrow connection to Green Lantern continues with White's recent comments. In a video posted by Geek House Show on Instagram, White discussed which DC or Marvel character he'd most like to play, replying, "that answer would have to be, from the DC Universe, a character called John Stewart because that's what everybody wants me to play. So, can't let down the fans."

CLICK FOR MICHAEL JAI WHITE'S GREEN LANTERN VIDEO

John Stewart is one of several Green Lanterns and also notable for being DC's first black superhero. Starting as a backup for Green Lantern Hal Jordan, Stewart eventually takes over the lead position. However, Jordan is still the Green Lantern shown most often on TV and film. Ryan Reynolds' version of the character is probably the most well-known, appearing in 2011's famously bad Green Lantern movie. However, Stewart was a part of Cartoon Network's Justice League animated series in the early 2000s, as well as some other pieces of media.

It's interesting to hear White would like to play the John Stewart version of Green Lantern, but this video isn't exactly a campaign for the role. Instead, it sounds like it's a popular fan suggestion White approves of. Though Green Lantern may not appear in the DCEU anytime soon, it's not too late for the Arrow actor to put his hat in the ring for the HBO Max show.

The Best Godzilla Enemies, Ranked By How Cool They Are

Godzilla has a lot of strong enemies, but these are the absolute coolest.

He-Man's Skeletor Is The Role That Brought Mark Hamill Back To Voice Over Work

Having a chance to play Skeletor in Masters of the Universe: Revelation was the opportunity that brought Mark Hamill back to voice-over roles. While Hamill is best known for playing Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars franchise, his prolific work as a voice-over actor also earned him plenty of praise from fans. Still, it seemed as if the actor was finished voicing characters before Masters of the Universe: Revelation came along.

The role most associated with Hamill and voice acting is that of the Joker, the Batman villain the actor has voiced for numerous projects, winning awards for his portrayal of the maniacal Gotham madman. His voice acting spans well beyond that role, however, as he has been voicing characters for nearly half a century, most recently voicing Chucky in 2019's Child's Play remake. He's also set to voice one of the main characters in Invincible, an adult animated superhero show coming to Amazon Prime in 2020.

Related: What To Expect From Masters of the Universe: Revelation

Nevertheless, it looked like he was finally bowing out of voice acting until Skeletor drew him back in. On IMDb's "Movies That Changed My Life" podcast, Kevin Smith - who is serving as director - stated that Hamill came out of voice acting retirement to take on the role of Skeletor, the most famous villain of the He-Man universe. The opportunity to add another iconic evil role to his resume was too good for Hamill to pass up. Read Smith's full comments below:

And Mark was out of the animation game altogether, he was like, 'I was done doing voice overs, but then my agent called me and said Skeletor, and I was like, ooh.' It's as big as The Joker and Luke Skywalker, for heaven's sake. And he's delicious. He does--he inflects with Tallulah Bankhead quite a bit. So he'll be very rough, then he'll be very broken like this. It's so spellbinding. And watching him and Lena Headey bounce off one another was wonderful.

Hamill's role in Masters of the Universe: Revelation is arguably the biggest draw to the entire Netflix anime project. That being said, hearing him play opposite of Lena Headey - who is playing Evil-Lyn - is exciting enough on its own. Heady is no stranger to the villainous herself, playing Cersei Lannister for the duration of Game of Thrones. Combining these two forces of evil will create a fun foil to He-Man, who is being voiced by Chris Wood.

News is still dripping out about what to expect from the series, which doesn't currently have a planned release date for the streaming service. It will feature the same characters fans of the franchise have come to know and love without any significant redesigning. Smith has also stated that it's going to be the franchise's equivalent to Game of Thrones (making Headey's casting that much more intriguing). While there's still a lot to learn about Masters of the Universe: Revelation, the fact that it's enough to get Mark Hamill back into voice acting speaks volumes.

The anthology series Inside No 9 is a black comedy. The show is a bit difficult to find among the other star-studded shows and movies on HBO Max, but once you find it, there is no looking back.

6 Skip: Whose Line Is It Anyway

A unique show that took the TV world by storm, Whose Line Is It Anyway is a gem. Abundant in comedic improvisation, unrehearsed skits and hilarious performances, the show has aired for a whopping 16 seasons. But, if you plan to dig into this one, , don’t bother.

5 Teen Dramas Pisces Will Love (& 5 They Will Hate) | ScreenRant

From cheating boyfriends to love triangles to bad grades that make college dreams feel far away, it doesn't get much more emotional than a teen drama. For high schoolers, everything is the end of the world, and maturity isn't a thing. This is a unique TV genre that has some excellent offerings, but also some not-so-great shows that make high school drama feel too pedestrian.

Pisces signs will devour many of these shows, but some will seem like a drag. Read on to find out five teen dramas that Pisces will love and five that the will hate.

10 Love: The Fosters

Emotional Pisces signs are going to love the teen drama The Fosters. Some other zodiac signs might find this to be a corny show, but the compassion that the characters have for each other is truly heartwarming.

Stef (Teri Polo) and Lena (Sherri Saum) are committed to raising their children and teaching them right from wrong, and with each episode, everyone learns new lessons and tries to become a better person. Pisces will wish that these lovable characters were real.

9 Hate: The O.C.

The O.Cmay be a popular teen drama but it's a very uneven one. The first two seasons are good, but after that, the characters go off in weird and different directions.

Pisces signs will hate many of the characters on this show, like Marissa Cooper (Mischa Barton) and her mom Julie (Melinda Clarke). These characters are sad all the time but they don't seem to know how to treat others well. Pisces are helpers, so they would want to reach through the TV and help these people, and it would frustrate them that the Cooper family is so broken.

8 Love: Joan Of Arcadia

Joan (Amber Tamblyn) is a typical teenager on Joan Of Arcadia. Well, that would be true if typical teenagers could talk to God, and if God was sometimes an elderly woman, a teenage boy, or a kid playing in the park.

Pisces will love this teen drama, which aired for two seasons and is pretty underrated, because Joan really taps into her emotions and tries to help others. She feels that she was put on Earth to carry out this mission, and she does her best.

7 Hate: 13 Reasons Why

For a sign that feels things incredibly deeply, the story of a young girl who took her own life would be too much to bear. And the fact that the tragedies just keep coming in every episode of 13 Reasons Why would be hard for Pisces to watch as well.

This is a very controversial show that has a lot of disturbing content, and it's not going to be something that a Pisces can sit through.

6 Love: Party Of Five

The Party Of Five reboot might not have lasted, but the original had six fantastic seasons and some terrific performances from Neve Campbell, Lacey Chabert, Matthew Fox, and Scott Wolf. Pisces signs will love the Salinger family, who have to take care of each other when their parents die.

This show is all feelings, all the time. Of all the zodiac signs, Pisces are said to have a true knowledge of life and death, so they will really connect with this tragic story.

5 Hate: The Vampire Diaries

Pisces signs hate watching people be cruel to one another so they might want to cross watching The Vampire Diaries off their list.

Whether it's siblings fighting (like the Salvatore brothers) or evil vampires and other creatures hurting humans, this show has a lot of dark moments that Pisces will want to shield their eyes from.

4 Love: My So-Called Life

Angela Chase (Clare Danes) is famous for her babydoll dresses, baggy plaid shirts, and her crush on Jordan Catalano (Jared Leto). But she's also famous for having feelings... a lot of them. And she's able to articulate them so well.

Pisces will cheer Angela on, loving whenever she goes on a big rant or sums up what everyone else is thinking. When Angela says, "Sometimes it seems like we're all living in some kind of prison, and the crime is how much we hate ourselves," it's an incredibly wise statement, and definitely something a Pisces would say.

3 Hate: Insatiable

It's hard to think of a more controversial teen drama than Insatiable, which got viewers talking as soon as it started streaming on Netflix. It's a very cruel show about beauty pageants and teen life, and it would be painful for Pisces to watch.

The focus on weight and being skinny above everything else would really hurt a Pisces sign's feelings as they have a lot of empathy and compassion for people.

2 Love: Everything Sucks!

Pisces signs are going to be into any teen drama that features characters who are super sensitive, so the short-lived Netflix show Everything Sucks! will be a favorite of theirs.

The characters are coming of age and figuring out their personalities and feelings, and Pisces signs will wish that they could give them advice — or a hug.

1 Hate: Freaks And Geeks

While Freaks And Geeks is an iconic teen comedy-drama and fans can't seem to get enough, Pisces signs won't really see it that way.

They would hate that the show is dividing people up into categories, and they would want to help everyone be comfortable with who they are.
