Disney’s Hercules: 10 Fan Art Pictures Of Hades That Are Pure Evil

The Disney film called Hercules took a deep dive into various aspects of Greek Mythology, with one of them being the various gods they worshipped. One of these beings was known as Hades, and he was the evil villain in the film. Fans instantly took to his unique looks as he sported a blue facade and flames for hair, which has led them to create several pieces of fan art in his honor.

The art these fans have created is incredible as it paints this character in a new light. They use a variety of tools and techniques, as well as their own imaginations, to bring this character to life in new and interesting ways.

10 Steampunk Hades

Steampunk is a popular art form that many have decided to use in their latest creations, and this artist decided to apply it to this character. It still gives him the evil vibe as he stares down at his hand of flame with some razor-sharp teeth, but it gives him a new outfit. The addition of skulls as buttons was an excellent choice and the glasses have fans hooked on this piece that Dartbaston has created.

9 A Few Of His Pets

The Underworld is guarded by a three-headed dog named Cerberus who this artist decided to recreate behind Hades in this portrait. Fans love how they seem to ascend out of the flames and the angry look on his face speaks of the evil that he holds in his heart. The artistry itself is incredible as the highlights throughout the piece help give it form and fans can only thank Norma Jean for her immense imagination.

8 A Sinister Vibe

One look at this piece will send chills down any Disney fans' spine as it reveals his true nature. The combination of the flames running down the length of his spine with the sickening curve of his chin is what gives him this sinister vibe. Chryssa Hartsa is the artist behind this masterpiece whose addition of a glowing green eye for Hades is what took it to the next level in the eyes of fans.

7 Crazy Eyes

The crazy eyes that this Hades is giving are what sell fans on this portrait of the villain. Viewers are instantly drawn into his insanity and then repulsed by the sharp teeth that shortly greet them thereafter.

The design of his flaming hair is incredible, as well as the various wrinkles that the artist added to his blue skin. Aaronzepedam.arts is the artist behind this piece who gave fans even more reasons to feat the havoc that this villain could reap on the world.

6 A Modern Rendition

The film is set back in the times of Ancient Greece, but many wonder what Hades might look like in modern-day times. This artist decided to explore that fantasy as they placed him in a fancy suit and gave him a delectable cocktail to drink. The way the green from his drink wisps around his body adds movement to the piece and Nastasia Steblyanko is the artist who came up with this unique design.

5 Always Plotting His Next Move

This portrait focuses more heavily on the Hades that fans are used to seeing in the film between his signature outfit and the blue flames all around him. The look in his eyes tells fans that he is up to no good and some even fear the plots that he is creating in his mind. Matthew Rose is the artist behind this piece who understood how much of a mastermind Hades really was throughout the film.

4 A Realistic Rendition

Fans often wonder what Hades might look like if he was recreated in a more human form, and this artist brought that idea to life. Fans love the long aspect of his face, as well as the colored blue hair on his head that almost resembles a set of flames.

The pointed fingernails were a nice touch and the shading of his outfit adds texture to the entire work. Jirka Vinse Jonatan Väätäinen is the artist behind this piece with a passion for Disney that few can match and this artwork proves it.

3 A Mortal Potion

Hades had always wanted Hercules dead and tried to have him drink something called the Mortal Potion, which would have rendered him vulnerable to death. Fans love how this artist incorporated the vial into their artwork and the way it seems to pop off the page is amazing. The artist personalized Hades' look as well by adding a flaming goatee and K-Rina is the artist behind this piece who understood the power of shading in this portrait.

2 His Loyal Sidekicks

Hades used his sidekicks called Pain and Panic to do his dirty work for him, even if they weren't always the most reliable. This artist incorporated them into their work and the look on Hades' face tells of the plans he wants these two to carry out. Sambigbang.art is the artist behind this masterpiece whose blocks of shading helped it to stand apart from other similar pieces that other artists had created.

1 A Younger Immortal

This villain is a sight for sore eyes, but this artist decided to change that in this portrait. They decided to portray him as a younger man that women would gladly throw themselves at as he has a chiseled chest and a full head of hair. Kathryn Em created this piece that has fans swooning despite the fact that he might be one of the evilest Disney villains in the entire franchise.

Spider-Man: 5 Similarities Between Carnage & Venom (& 5 Ways They're Very Different)

The sequel to Tom Hardy's Venom is releasing in June of next year with the title Venom: Let There Be Carnage, starring Zombieland actor Woody Harrelson in the role of the murder-crazed insane villain. 2018's Venom, might not have been received well by critics, but the box-office performance speaks a different story. The writing might have been weak, but it was liked by fans worldwide. Both Carnage and Venom have been a big part of Spider-Man's chronicles in the comics and the three of them share an extensive history.

RELATED: Venom: 5 Marvel Heroes Who Respect Him (& 5 Who Despise Him)

It is about time fans got a film featuring the three of them together, and they may get their wish soon. Here are 5 similarities between the two symbiotes, and 5 differences.

10 Similar - Both Are Stronger Than Spider-Man

While Spider-Man might not be as strong as some other superheroes on his level of popularity such as Superman and Wolverine, many people tend to underestimate exactly how powerful he is, perhaps due to his comparative slim and human physique.

Although his power levels vary from time to time in the comics, he can easily lift more than 20 tons if not more. But being an alien symbiote, Venom and Carnage are much more stronger than Spidey. Venom amplifies the strength of its host by more than ten times, and it's not held back by any physical human confinements.

9 Different - Carnage is Stronger

Although on the surface Carnage and Venom might seem very similar, there are significant differences between the two. They've faced off against each other many times in the comics, and strictly going by facts Carnage is stronger, and can lift heavier weights. Despite being the offspring of Venom, he is stronger than both Venom and Spider-Man combined. Another aspect that gives Carnage an edge is his insanity and lack of moral boundaries.

RELATED: 12 Things You Didn't Know About Marvel's Carnage

The original host of Carnage, Cletus Kasady is a psychopathic murderer and Carnages nature is not too different. The two of their deranged personalities combined creates a character who has committed unspeakable acts in the comics.

8 Similar - They Share a Blood Bond

The similarity in the appearance of Venom and Carnage isn't only due to the fact that they are of the same species. Klyntar, the race that Venom and Carnage belong to, is a species that can reproduce asexually.

At one point in the comics Eddie Brock, the original host of Venom Eddie Brock and the soon-to-be host of Carnage Cletus Kasady shared a jail cell. Venom was "pregnant" during that time, and while Brock tried to break out of jail with Venom's help, Venom left behind is offspring which later bonded with the serial killer Cletus Kasady to form Carnage.

7 Different - Venom Is Smarter

Venom has had his fair share of incidents in the comics where he has acted in a disturbing and insane nature, but never on the level of Carnage. Carnage and its host together are a very unstable entity, and although the two of them share a stronger bond, Venom and Brock have worked together as a team many times to resolve difficult situations.

RELATED: 10 Things You Never Knew Venom's Costume Could Do

While Carnage might be more powerful in terms of raw strength and its insane psychotic nature might make him more dangerous, this doesn't always ensure victory for him. Venom and Brock are more rational-minded, making them smarter.

6 Similar - Relationship With Spider-Man

Spider-Man is the common factor present between Venom and Carnage. It is Eddie Brock and Venom's mutual hatred against Spider-Man/Peter Parker which initially forms a bond between them.

As the Venom symbiote was originally used by Peter Parker as an alternative Spider suit, even after they separated Venom still held a connection with Spider-Man, which can be seen by the slight similarity in their appearance. Venom also mimicks Spider-Mans powers, such as shooting web. And although Venom has grown as a character in recent years, in their most primal form they've always been a core Spider-Man villain.

5 Different - Their Origin

Peter Parker has always been the most popular Venom host, and for some time it was assumed that he was also the first until in recent storylines where it has been revealed that many characters have bonded with the symbiote in the past such as Deadpool. Carnage is simply a direct descendent of Venom, but Cletus Kasady has a far deeper relationship with the symbiotes.t

RELATED: 17 Marvel Characters You Didn't Know Were Carnage

It was revealed in a recent comic, Ruins of Ravencroft, an ancestor of Kasady named Cortland Kasady was "the first mass murderer in the New World" and a worshipper of Knull, the God of Symbiotes.

4 Similar - Same Species

Although the two have vastly different origins, Venom and Carnage inevitably are part of the same species of living organisms. Venom is part of a species called The Klyntar, a race of extraterrestrial symbiotes created by the God of symbiotes, Knull. A great deal of the history of the symbiotes has been revealed in the Venom comics.

Countless centuries ago, the symbiotes were created by the evil deity Knull and used to take over planets and annihilate entire civilizations. Knull was later defeated by Thor and the symbiotes were set free and spread around the entire Universe.

3 Different - Nature And Personality

Venom started out as purely a Spider-Man villain, essentially as an evil version of Spider-Man himself. But over the years he has gone through many changes and although he isn't exactly a good guy now, he cannot be considered a straight-up villain either. On the other hand, Carnage has never gone anywhere near the "anti-hero" status.

RELATED: Spider-Man VS Venom: 10 Hilarious Memes Only True Marvel Fans Will Understand

Carnage's original host Cletus Kasady was a serial killer and a certified madman and all the future hosts were corrupted by Carnage itself. But Venom has done many heroic things throughout his history as well, alongside some occasional villainous acts.

2 Similar - Weaknesses

This similarity between Carnage and Venom is directly tied to the fact that despite the differences in their personality, at the end of the day they are still part of the same species. Thus, they share some common weaknesses along with all other symbiotes.

Most symbiotes have are vulnerable against intense sonic vibrations and heat, and this weakness unintentionally originated when they were being forged by Knull. It has been told in the comics that through evolution some of the newer symbiotes have grown resistant to these weaknesses, but even then they're not completely invulnerable.

1 Different - Powers and Abilities

Carnage and Venom share some similar powers and abilities, but they also differ from each other a lot when it comes to that. Venom mimics Spider-Man's powers and appearance due to their time together, and this feature was also passed on to Carnage as well. Both of them make use of self-created webs or tendrils to get around.

The bond between Carnage and Kasady is on a cellular level, which makes it stronger than Venom's bond with its hosts. Also, Carnage has more control over the fluidity and flexibility of the physical composition of its body, which allows Carnage to be more creative when it comes to forming weapons with its own body.

PLL: The Main Characters’ Family Members, Ranked | ScreenRant

There were some family members who played important roles on the TV show Pretty Little Liars: There were concerned yet usually clueless parents. There were annoying siblings. And there were some surprise relatives, including a few who happened to be A.

RELATED: Family Members On 'Friends', Ranked

All of these characters were wrapped up in the excitement of this teen drama, and the way they handled it all and treated the main characters made them more or less likable and relatable. That being said, here is a ranking of the family members who belonged to Spencer Hastings, Hanna Marin, Emily Fields, Aria Montgomery, and Alison DiLaurentis.

11 CeCe, Alex & Mary

The last place spot goes to CeCe, Alex and Mary Drake. Fans found out that Ali’s mom, Veronica, had a twin sister named Mary, and Mary had three children; first, there was Charlotte DiLaurentis (born Charles Drake), and then there were twins, Spencer Hastings and Alex Drake.

CeCe was revealed to be the first A, Alex took over the game, and Mary was lurking in the background the entire time, keeping secrets and allowing torture and pain to continue.

10 Kenneth & Jessica

While Kenneth and Jessica DiLaurentis were not part of the A-Team, they were not nice people.

Kenneth was not accepting of Charles/Charlotte, and Jessica killed a baby then blamed it on Mary, buried her own daughter alive, and lied to everyone around her.

9 Veronica & Peter

Veronica and Peter Hastings were also tangled up in all of this, as Peter had affairs with both Jessica and Mary (who was pretending to be Jessica), making him the father of Melissa, Jason, Spencer, and Alex. He was never fully trustworthy and did whatever it took to try and keep his secrets buried.

Veronica, unfortunately, was lied to and cheated on, but she was not blameless; the Hastings household was one full of high expectations, tough love, and lies. Veronica’s sins may have been less severe than her husband’s, but she had her mean and deceitful moments.

8 Melissa

And of course, there was the oldest Hastings daughter, Melissa. Like with her mother, there were times when she seemed nice and normal, and Spencer thought the two could actually be bonding. But then, she would do something suspicious and be back at the top of the suspect list.

RELATED: Game Of Thrones: The Fate Of Every Stark Family Member, Ranked Worst To Best

She also admitted to burying Bethany Young alive, which she did to try and protect Spenc. Melissa may have been coming from a good place some of the time, but she did some shady things and could be down-right rude.

7 Byron

Next on the list are fathers who were not as bad as some of the others/were not involved in the A game… yet they did not seem to be decent humans.

First up is Byron Montgomery. He could be loving and supportive, but he also cheated on his wife, made his daughter lie about it, and got blackmailed by a teenager.

6 Tom

He is followed by Tom Marin, and the main issue with him was that he put his stepdaughter, Kate, over Hanna.

He would only interact with his biological daughter when she was in trouble, and he would side with and show favoritism to Kate over and over.

5 Mike

In the number five spot is Mike Montgomery; he was a friendly, athletic, and fun kid, and he had a good relationship with his sister, Aria. However, he was scarred by what his parents went through and by what happened with Mona.

Therefore, he acted out at times and made some poor decisions. He also did not show up in the time jump forward, to see his parents get remarried, but it can be assumed that he matured and became an even more lovable brother/character.

4 Jason

Another brother was Jason DiLaurentis, and like Mike, he had some issues. But that made total sense, based on the craziness his family had to endure over the years.

When he was on his own and away from them, he was considerate and intriguing… Just ask Aria.

3 Ashley

It is time for the top three family members, beginning with Ashley Marin. She had a great relationship with her daughter, Hanna, as the two could hang out and talk about clothes and also be open, honest, and respectful.

RELATED: Harry Potter: Every Member Of The Weasley Family, Ranked By Kindness

Ashley did make some poor decisions throughout the series, but everything she did was to protect Han; her fierce love was very evident.

2 Pam & Wayne

When it comes to the best relatives on the show, two more contenders were Pam and Wayne Fields. Like Ashley (above) and Ella (surprise… below in the number one spot!), they showed Emily that they cared for her and that she meant the world to them.

However, it should be noted that Wayne was better at conveying all of this, as Pam could be a bit judgmental; it took her a while to warm up to the fact that Em was gay, and she did not handle that discussion very well.

1 Ella

Ella Montgomery was also a caring and devoted mother, and while many people around the Liars seemed to be oblivious to what was really going on, she seemed to always be someone who was concerned and worried and actually proactive.

Ella parented in a wonderful way, too, as she allowed her kids to truly be themselves and would set boundaries when/where they were needed.

The Challenge: 10 Competitors With The Best Talking Heads

No reality TV show is complete without confessionals/talking heads to flesh outs its storylines. And on a show like The Challenge with many storylines (some years in the making), it is so crucial to have characters that can explain the plots in the same compelling manner in which they are performed.

RELATED: The Challenge: Which Contestant Are You Based On Your Chinese Zodiac?

The commentary given by champs and contenders has ranged from astute to hilarious. Some competitors have given better talking heads than others, and some of them are better at narrating the game than playing it. Here's 10 Challenge competitors with some of the best talking heads.

10 Turbo

The most recent Challenge newcomer on this list, Turbo made his debut on War of the Worlds after winning 2 seasons of Survivor Turkey. Physically, he was a force to be reckoned with and went on to win his rookie season.

A combination of his cultural values and English being his second language also made for some wholesome and amusing talking heads along the way. Early highlights included his talking heads about his partner Nany, who he vowed to protect throughout their time on the series.

9 Zach

While Zach is a polarizing character with a history of talking down to his female partners, there's no denying that as a narrator Zach has had some funny moments. A lot of his talking heads are memorable for the way he's able to creatively insult some of his cast members (referring to now-fiancée Jenna and Jay as barely being informational brochures compared to Sarah and Jordan being encyclopedias on Exes 2 stands out).

Even now, some of Zach's observations are enough to elicit a chuckle out of viewers who may not necessarily like him. But more often than not, his comments tend to cross a line, especially when describing the women of the show.

8 Ashley

Ashley is messy. Ashley can play a hypocritical game. And Ashley is FULLY aware of all of these things. Yes, she's a polarizing character who makes decisions for her gameplay over any alliance, but her self-awareness about these qualities is ultimately what makes her compelling television.

RELATED: The Challenge: The 10 Most Iconic Elimination, Ranked

She'll often poke fun at herself in her talking heads and own up to her wilder moments on the show. For the most part, she treats The Challenge like a game and clearly has fun making comments about her competitors- and herself.

7 Jordan

Jordan's talking heads are interesting because he's not outright funny in all his commentary. For the most part, many challengers dislike him in the game because he comes off as abrasive and arrogant. But it is Jordan's absolute drive and (usually warranted) belief in his abilities that makes him compelling narrator.

RELATED: The Challenge: The 10 Most Grueling Eliminations, Ranked

In particular, his talking heads are at their absolute peak when he's narrating his own eliminations. Having only 2 losses in the 9 eliminations he's been in, Jordan usually seems to be the underdog because he only has one hand. Beating his two-handed opponents is even sweeter thanks to the way Jordan lays out his chosen technique for eliminations, further justifying his wins.

6 Nicole

Nany's cousin proved that she was more than just that after her debut on Bloodlines. While Nicole wasn't much of a competitor, she endeared viewers with her wisecracking commentary and observations on the four challenges that she was on.

She was clearly born to be on reality television, and post-Challenge she had a stint on Ex On the Beach where she was able to thrive off her talents for commentary and drama and none of the inconvenience of athletic competition.

5 Nelson

Nelson's talking heads are amusing for the opposite reasons that Nicole's are. He's a decent competitor but otherwise isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. This, in combination with his earnestness, has resulted in talking heads that are both corny and hilarious.

RELATED: The Challenge: Nelson Thomas' Funniest Quotes, Ranked

He's often bungled common words and phrases which has unwittingly made him the punchline in his own talking heads. But his sincerity has endeared him to fans who are usually laughing with him.

4 Marie

If The Challenge weighed commentary in the same way they weighed the athletic and intellectual prowess of its competitors, Marie would be a regular finalist. However, more often than not, her commentary is her saving grace during her appearances on the show.

RELATED: 10 Best Guilty Pleasure Reality Shows To Watch On Netflix, Ranked

She never minces her words about competitors in her talking heads, and can be a fiercely loyal ally. Her wit hasn't gone unnoticed and landed her a position at betches.com recapping Challenge episodes for a time, and eventually she made her way on to Ex On The Beach.

3 Johnny Bananas

Love him or hate him, the man has won a whopping 7 challenges. And he's been around the block. Being the resident old man of The Challenge has fine-tuned Bananas into a reliable narrator and wisecracker throughout his time on the show.

He was initially in the shadows of his former JEK alliance, but once he managed to establish himself as the main face of The Challenge, he went onto refine the narrative blueprint that former contestants like Kenny had left behind. He's also learned to control the narrative via talking heads based on what he admits. This was most notable on Total Madness when he refused to acknowledge that he was dating the ex-girlfriend of one of the incoming rookies.

2 Da'Vonne

She's only been on two seasons and it's unclear whether she'll return, but she has made quite the impression with fans. Da'Vonne proved her worth as a competitor with a 7-2 elimination record, going further than anticipated on both of her challenges.

RELATED: Ranking Every Big Brother Player To Take On The Challenge

On top of that, her talking heads are hilarious. She keeps it consistent and brings the same energy from her talking heads into her direct confrontations with other cast members. Da'Vonne refuses to be pushed around by anyone and puts equal effort into her talking heads and into winning.

1 Jemmye

Overall, Jemmye is a bit of a snake in grass during her challenge appearances. She'll say one thing to her competitors and then turn around and talk absolute smack in her talking heads. Even though she herself is a weaker competitor, she has zero qualms calling out stronger females if she detects a crack in their armor.

Her scathingly amusing commentary has gotten her called back on The Challenge multiple times. Like Marie and Nicole before her, she appeared on Ex On the Peak, the winter equivalent of Ex On the Beach, where she and her commentary thrived.
