Cyberpunk 2077 Should Have Taken One Feature From Elder Scrolls

When Cyberpunk 2077 was announced as a first-person, open-world experience, it immediately had a lot to live up to. Not only was it CD Projekt Red's follow-up to the critically acclaimed The Witcher series, but it was also now stepping into the territory of games from studios like Bethesda. For all the interesting storytelling and memorable characters CD Projekt Red packed into Cyberpunk 2077's Night City, it arguably failed to create the same type of cohesive world that exists in games like The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, in part due to Night City's static nature.

Bethesda's The Elder Scrolls and Fallout games of the last decade-plus are more than just RPGs; they're iconic worlds many players want to live in. There's just something about such an expansive, first-person game that captures the imagination, and this is especially the case with The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, a game that's nearing its 10-year anniversary but has yet to be topped in certain aspects. There's a reason why Bethesda is able to keep porting Skyrim to so many platforms because it offers an immersive experience like no other. The citizens of Tamriel aren't standing still, waiting for a player's input - they're living out their lives, going from their job to their home, and conversing with their neighbors. It's not a perfect system, but it's pretty impressive for 2011, especially when compared to what CD Projekt Red was able to come up with in 2020 for 2077.

Related: Cyberpunk 2077: 5 Reasons Why It's GOTY Material (& 5 Why It's Way Too Frustrating)

Part of Cyberpunks' comparative inadequacy could be because its NPCs are static characters, sometimes existing as little more than quest markers. For example, in the Elder Scrolls games, players have the chance to attack and even kill NPCs, which could shut them out of quest lines or turn them against certain factions. Even if most players don't want to mess with the story in that way, it creates a grand spectrum of opportunity that doesn't exist in Cyberpunk 2077.

It's clear that there were plenty of cut corners in Cyberpunk 2077, so perhaps some of this immersion fell by the wayside. Still, the fact that NPCs are required to tell out V's story in Cyberpunk speaks to the lack of options the player truly has as they go on their adventure. If a story-vital NPC were to be killable in Cyberpunk 2077, there would be few options for the game to fall back on. Much like how there are only a few romantic options baked into the experience, there are only a few groups V can meaningfully interact with, and taking even one of those away would make the story wholly incomplete.

Once CD Projekt Red gets a handle on the many bugs and glitches affecting Cyberpunk 2077, the developer does have more content in the works for the game. Both paid and free Cyberpunk 2077 DLC is on the way, and perhaps that will also bring updates that liven up Night City and bring it more in line with Bethesda's open worlds. For all the bugs inherent with any game world of this size, the release of Cyberpunk 2077 shows just how impressive even the lesser Elder Scrolls and Fallout games truly are - and how far other franchises have to come to make their digital worlds feel just as lived-in.

The New Daredevil Admits Her Real Mission is to Save the World

Warning! Spoilers ahead for Daredevil #26 from Chip Zdarsky, Chip Zdarsky, Mike Hawthorne, and Marco Checchetto

In recent issues of Marvel Comics' DaredevilMatt Murdock is facing justice for his crimes, serving a two year sentence in prison. However, he thankfully doesn't have to worry about Hell's Kitchen's safety thanks to his one-time lover and ally Elektra Natchios, who has stepped up to be a hero in his absence by becoming a new Daredevil. However, Elektra's goals have been revealed to be far grander than that of the original Man Without Fear. Instead of merely protecting the New York borough of Hell's Kitchen, the new Daredevil is hoping to save the world.

In prior issues of Daredevil - from Chip Zdarsky and Marco Checchetto - Elektra ended up going above and beyond for Matt, using her recently stolen billions to purchase Hell's Kitchen, thereby keeping it out of the hands of the same corrupt billionaires whom she had in fact robbed. Matt had learned that these billionaires in question were intending to drive the borough into the ground due to his and the Kingpin's respective interference with their plans, so Elektra came to the rescue in a big way. However, Elektra's actions were all in the service of what she believes to be a much bigger need: saving the world at large.

While Elektra was hoping that her actions would motivate Matt to help her form the prophesied Fist to fight the dark ninja cult known as the Hand, Matt declined. Apparently, he's determined to serve his time in jail, and he also doesn't completely trust Elektra. This is what motivated Elektra to become the new Daredevil, hoping that by protecting Hell's Kitchen for Matt and proving herself, she can later convince him to help her fight the Hand which has been growing in power.

Unfortunately, the new Daredevil's thoughts on saving the world were interrupted by the arrival of a massive symbiote dragon from the armies of Knull, as the most the recent Daredevil #28 serves as a tie-in issue to Marvel's King in Black event. However, regardless of the immediate threat of Knull and his symbiotes, Elektra's long-term concerns with saving the world from the Hand will likely still remain. While it's also been hinted previously that Elektra secretly needs Matt as less of a partner and more of a sacrifice to form the Fist, that doesn't change the fact that she firmly believes she can't save the world without him.

Even in his prime and when he's at his best, the original Daredevil has generally kept his focus on Hell's Kitchen itself, protecting individuals and helping this specific borough and community. Now, the new Daredevil is looking to expand those goals and the scope of the persona with the concept of the Fist, which can supposedly save the entire world. Despite Elektra's apparent frustration with the seemingly endless cycle of corruption in Hell's Kitchen, it looks as though she's keeping at it, determined to prove herself to Matt over time to earn his trust and help. Here's hoping the new Daredevil can convince the former to help her before the Hand grows too powerful.

Sonic the Hedgehog Park Brings Classic Green Hill Zone To Life

Fans of the classic Sonic the Hedgehog game will be running faster than the blue speedster himself to a Brazilian Sonic-themed playground that has brought the game's iconic Green Hill Zone to life. It's not quite Super Nintendo World, but it's a pretty good birthday present for the world's most recognizable speed freak.

The Green Hill Zone has a particular status among fans of the Sonic the Hedgehog series, as it was the very first level in Sonic's introductory 1991 gane. SEGA needed a mascot, and Sonic was there to deliver: his debut game catapulted the series into legendary status in the thirty years since he first ran onto the scene. But the Green Hill Zone has its role as well, and is frequently cited, recreated, or referenced in a majority of Sonic's promotional material, films, and subsequent entries in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. If it's Sonic-related, odds are, the Green Hill Zone is featured, too.

Ahead of Sonic's 30th birthday this year, an appropriately named Sonic Adventure Playground has opened up inside Brazil's Vila Vella shopping mall. As YouTuber Badnik Mechanic reports, the playground uses Green Hill Zone as its inspiration,. Cutouts of Sonic, Tails, and Dr. Robotnik watch over children who jump through the familiar rings, run through checkered tubes, and slide down the pixelated slides. The terrain and the overall environment use images and colors lifted straight out of the original Green Hill Zone, so while kids won't be running upside down or bashing robots, they'll still be getting a taste of Sonic's first official adventure.

It's unclear whether or not Vila Vella had the go-ahead from Sega to build the park, but regardless, there is one Eggman-sized elephant in the room that needs to be addressed. Like the rest of the world, Sonic is celebrating his birthday during a the deadly global COVID-19 pandemic. Tragically, Brazil is one of the top three countries in the world when it comes to coronavirus cases and deaths at present. While leadership in Brazil has been cavalier at best about the virus, it's still remarkable that a park in an indoor mall like this was allowed to open, and as can be seen in the video, there's quite a few maskless faces milling around, which does nothing to help the situation.

But kids want to have fun, and keeping them occupied and happy during a difficult time is important to parents. Hopefully the citizens of Brazil who bring their children to the playground are exercising more caution, so that Sonic (and everyone else) can have a safe, pandemic-free birthday next year.

Sega Is Splitting Into Separate Gaming & Pachinko Companies

Japan-based developer and publisher Sega Sammy is restructuring its business operations by splitting its video games division and its pachinko division into two separate businesses. The move may reignite rumors that Sega will be selling its video game sector to Microsoft, although it's also likely that the company is simply cleaning house and refocusing its resources.

While Sega may be known far and wide primarily as a video gaming company, it actually started life working with coin operated entertainment machines, including slot machines, as far back as the sixties (Sega is a portmanteau of Service Games). The company moved into video game production in the 1970s, where it benefitted tremendously from the video game boom  of the seventies and eighties. In 2004, SEGA merged with Sammy Corporation, a company that specialized in pachinko and pachislot machines, and became the holding company SEGA Sammy. While Sammy dabbled in video games after the merger, it ultimately continued to produce gambling machines, while the Sega stuck with video games and gaming hardware. Both have operated since under the same corporate office, despite their different focuses.

Related: Former Xbox, SEGA, And EA Head Peter Moore Returns To Gaming

But a recent official statement from Sega Sammy reveals that the company will be restructuring in April, with a corporate split into Sammy and Sega Group Corporation (or SHQ), with the latter merging with existing subsidiary Sega Corporation. Sammy, naturally, will continue to focus on pachinko, pachislot, and other gambling machines as an independent and fully formed subsidiary of Sega Sammy, while SHQ will continue to develop video games and hardware as a separate subsidiary. The change goes into effect on April 1, and will ostensibly streamline SEGA Sammy's bureaucratic oversight of both new companies.

The news may herald what fans have been speculating for some time, ever since Microsoft started its infamous spending spree and snatching up video game developers and studios as fast as their budget would allow: that Sega was next on Microsoft's shopping list. As an independent subsidiary, SHQ can be sold to other, larger companies while Sega Sammy retains its independence and likely still have some creative control over its most popular franchises, should the need ever arise.

Of course, it's also entirely likely that Sega Sammy is just streamlining its business operations into one that's more efficient. That's certainly the reasoning it's giving in the official statement, and it would make sense given that Sega asked 650 of its employees to retire back in November, in order to reduce operational costs, that changes were needed. So for now, speculation continues to be the order of the day, and as long as Sega continues to exist, who can really complain?

EA Files Patent For Real-World Terrain Mapping In Video Games

Electronic Arts, widely recognized titan of the games industry, is taking the next step in bringing video game development into the future, with a new patent that could forever change the landscape in video games - literally. The patent is for new imaging software that could considerably shorten the production time needed for creating realistic gaming terrain, worlds, and maps.

Creating terrain is far and away one of the most time-consuming aspects of video game design and development, often requiring hundreds of hours of work to render realistic environmental details, obstacles, and objects, and playtesting to ensure that the entire environment is playable and without glitches or corruptions. As game worlds get bigger and consoles more powerful, more and more work is required to meet the demand for expansive, heavily detailed worlds and maps, which often results in longer and longer production time, delays, and the subsequent potential for negative reactions from fans who grow weary from waiting.

Related: How Crunch Hurts Video Games & Their Developers

A new EA patent may give environment production the boost it so sorely needs. While terrain mapping is far from a new technology, EA's proposed system streamlines the process by combining various existing mapping technologies into a single process. As Game Rant reports, the patent claims the technology utilizes satellite images to procedurally generate terrain, which would be a tremendous boon to future titles that take place in real-world environments, particularly EA's Battlefield series. It would allow developers to forgo manual terrain mapping entirely and go straight to the fine-tuning, which would significantly shorten the needed production time for new titles.

EA, for all its other foibles, has continued to spearhead new technological patents needed to streamline and improve the game development process, such as a recent patent for improved character and facial animations. The use of satellite imagery would also be a boon to new titles that take place in outer space, with detailed satellite imagery of the Moon or Mars lending the opportunity for highly detailed and realistic extraterrestrial terrain that wouldn't have to be fully built from scratch.

As one of the largest gaming companies in the world, and the parent company of more studios than can easily be counted, any patent or advancement that EA files or builds signals a major change for the gaming industry as a whole. Since modern games, particularly open-world ones, are getting so massive that production time is often longer than the reign of a current generation console, any new technology that can streamline the process is a blessing for the gaming world as a whole.

Why X-Men Fans Should Be Voting For Forge In The Marvel Election

In recent issues of Marvel Comics' and Jonathan Hickman's X-Men, Jean Grey and Cyclops have decided to reboot the group, as there hadn't been an official team since the creation of the mutant nation of Krakoa. In the aftermath of the X of Swords summer event, Jean and Scott are looking to change that, creating a group of heroes that can operate on behalf of the people, as opposed to being under the control of Krakoa's governing body known as the Quiet Council. This new X-Men will be able to operate independently, righting wrongs that they encounter and defending Karkoa from all sorts of threats.

In the same vein of wanting to be a team that's of and for the people, Scott and Jean have decided to literally let the people decide who will be on the new team themselves, holding the first annual X-Men election and asking Krakoa to make nominations and cast their votes, with the new team being announced at the upcoming Hellfire Gala. While this is a pretty cool and new dynamic for creating a new mutant team in the comics, Marvel has gone a step further, asking fans to vote online for the team's final member, giving them the choice one of 10 candidates: Armor, Banshee, Boom-Boom, Cannonball, Forge, Marrow, Polaris, Strong Guy, Sunspot, and Tempo.

Related: X-Men Fans Campaign For Favorites As Character Vote Begins

While all of these candidates would more than likely be capable and valuable assets to the new X-Men team, Forge is by far the best choice, as his powers (both mutant and otherwise) would absolutely amplify any team by an extreme amount. While he has been on other teams in a support role in past comics, being on the new flagship team would provide him the means to be much more proactive, which could only help Krakoa going forward. Forge is the clear and most inventive candidate, and here's some of the reasons why.

Forge is what's known as technopath, meaning that his mutant power allows him to create vastly sophisticated and powerful technology and weaponry. While other inventors have to work out the designs prior to construction with tests and principal constructions, Forge's ideas for new tech and gadgets come fully formed in his head, and he's able to create them with a rapid speed for a variety of different needs. In the past, Forge has been on support crews, and even helped create large portions of Krakoa's infrastructure. However, it can't be overstated how invaluable he would be as a proactive teammate in the field. His mutant power would allow him to create helpful tech solutions on the fly, adapting to scenarios as they come. He'd no doubt provide a strong amount of firepower to the team as well being able to boost their overall rates of success on missions, no matter who else is on the team.

It should also be noted that Forge has been trained in the mystic arts by a shaman in his Cheyenne tribe in his earlier years. While he's very reluctant to use said magical power, it could come in handy if the situation was dire enough. Regardless, it does provide an additional power set that Forge would be bringing to the table if he is indeed elected.

It's also important to remember that Forge has been around a bit longer than some of the other candidates, with his first appearance being in 1984's X-Men #184. During that time, Forge has fostered quite a few relationships with previous members of the X-Men, as well as key leaders of the Quiet Council such as Charles Xavier and Mystique. If tensions arise between this new team and Krakoa's governing body (and there no doubt will be), Forge could be an excellent mediator between the two groups. Likewise, he could also operate as a strong point of contact between the X-Men and the U.S government if needed, considering he used to work for the Defense Department.

Related: Storm is Officially Leaving the X-Men

Forge also carries with him a deep connection with Storm, as the pair were at one point romantically involved in past X-Men comics. While Storm did decline his marriage proposal years prior, they still have a healthy relationship, and Storm would more than likely vouch for his candidacy. She might have even supported his nomination in the first place.

While there is a rather large black mark in Forge's past, he's actually just recently redeemed himself and made things right in Marauders #10, from writer Gerry Duggan with art by Stefano Caselli. When Forge was still working for the Defense Department, he had created a device that could neutralize superhuman powers, which was needed to fight off the Dire Wraiths that were invading Earth at the time. However, certain members of the government coopted the device to use against mutants, which lead to Storm losing her powers - which is what led to their romance as Forge worked to restore them.

While Forge destroyed all files and designs of the technology when he left the Defense Department, the Russians kidnapped a scientist who was a part of Forge's team in the past who had a photographic memory, forcing him to recreate the dangerous device. As such, Forge joined Storm, Ice Man, Emma Frost and more mutants on a mission to destroy the technology, save the scientist, and wipe his brain so he couldn't build the harmful tech ever again. As such, Forge's greatest mistake has just been corrected, and his willingness to make things right is a sign of his moral character, further proving that he would be an ideal member of the new X-Men team.

When it's all said and done, a vote for Forge is a vote for success and an inventive future for the X-Men. Forge is the clear choice to make, as his value arguably exceeds those of his fellow candidates. He's also built a strong moral center within himself that has been cultivated over time as the result of experience with the X-Men themselves. Vote Forge.

WandaVision: Did Scarlet Witch Kill The Beekeeper | Screen Rant

Warning! Spoilers for WandaVision episode 4.

The fate of the beekeeper SWORD agent who infiltrated Westview in WandaVision episode 3 has yet to be revealed - so did Scarlet Witch kill him, or has he become another resident of Westview? The fourth episode of Marvel Studios' first Disney+ series revealed a significant amount of new details and made the overall narrative clearer. The storytelling perspective shifted from inside Wanda and Vision's bubble to the real world, showing how this pocket reality is seen from the outside.

Initially told from the perspective of Monica Rambeau, who returned five years after turning to dust from Thanos' snap, WandaVision episode 4, "We Interrupt This Program," explained how Monica was able to enter Scarlet Witch's fantasy world. As it turns out, she was sent by SWORD to help out FBI agent Jimmy Woo, who was searching for a missing witness that was supposedly set up in Westview. After Wanda presumably took over the town, it was wiped from the memories of anyone on the outside who were previously aware of Westview or its residents. While checking out the energy field bordering the town, Monica was accidentally sucked inside and became "Geraldine" in the pocket reality. From there, Woo, SWORD, and eventually Darcy Lewis worked doubly hard to get to the bottom of the mystery.

Related: WandaVision: All Of Jimmy Woo's Questions Answered

WandaVision episode 4 also explained where the beekeeper came from and who he really is. As hinted by the SWORD logo on the back of his suit, he's an agent of the organization sent in after Monica's disappearance. It's worth remembering that after his arrival distracted Wanda and Vision from the news that they're pregnant in episode 2, Scarlet Witch manipulated time and altered the course of the events so their attention wouldn't get diverted. Since that happened, however, the beekeeper hasn't been spotted in the show again, and with Monica violently kicked out after Wanda learned that she's an infiltrator, the big mystery remaining is what exactly happened to the beekeeper. Scarlet Witch did know that he's from the outside world as well, so why didn't she also kick him out of her pocket reality? Considering that he seems to have vanished, it's possible that Wanda may have killed him, intentionally or not, when she rewound time and shifted her reality forward into the 1970s.

Given Wanda's reaction upon realizing that Geraldine was from the outside world, it's not impossible to imagine that she may have done something even worse to the beekeeper. Between Elizabeth Olsen's recent comments and what's been revealed in WandaVision thus far, it's clear that Scarlet Witch is willing to go to great lengths just to preserve the fantasy she's created in Westview. This makes her so much more dangerous considering that she has the ability to warp reality.

Even if Wanda didn't harm the beekeeper initially, Monica's ability to infiltrate her pocket reality may have spooked her, motivating her to seek out the other invader and make sure that he doesn't threaten her fantastical world. It's worth remembering, however, that those who make their way in Westview seemingly forget their memories of the outside world - as suggested by Monica's experience. That said, they also seem to retain some details, as hinted by Herb's awareness that there's something inherently wrong in the town.

Whether or not WandaVision will show the beekeeper again is unknown at this point, but trailers for the series revealed that it will feature more of Westview moving forward. Perhaps it will be revealed that, just like Monica, he simply assumed a different persona to fit Scarlet Witch's fake reality. Otherwise, if he is still around and has regained some of his memories, he could be pivotal in SWORD's attempt to reach out to Wanda and stop her shenanigans.

Why Supernatural Killed Off Lauren Cohan's Bela Talbot

One of Supernatural's first major female characters, Bela Talbot (Lauren Cohan) only lasted one season before being killed off, and here's why. While Supernatural played host to lots of great characters over the course of its 15-year run, the show did sometimes draw criticism for being a bit of a boys' club. Brothers Sam and Dean Winchester were of course the leads, with their angel pal Castiel becoming a series regular himself later, as did Sam and Dean's surrogate father figure Bobby Singer.

Supernatural did eventually create some great female characters of its own, such as powerful Scottish witch Rowena, tough but caring cop Jody Mills, and Sam and Dean's own resurrected mom Mary Winchester. Still, for a long time, the lack of strong female representation in the main and recurring cast was quite noticeable. Perhaps that traces back to the introduction of Bela Talbot in season 3, one of the first big roles played by future Walking Dead superstar Lauren "Maggie Greene" Cohan.

Related: Supernatural's Ending Flips The Original Season 5 Finale

Cohan's Bela Talbot appeared in 6 of season 3's 16 episodes, although it would've probably been more if that season hadn't been cut short by a writer's strike. Unfortunately, her fate of dying early probably would've remained the same, for a few reasons.

Bela Talbot was originally only planned to be a recurring antagonist, but after The CW requested a second female regular in the cast - the demon Ruby had also recently joined - producers agreed to make Bela a more prominent fixture in Supernatural season 3. They opted not to simply make her a love interest for Sam and Dean, and tried their best to introduce her in small doses. Unfortunately, fans were cool to the character right away. While some of that was simply fans wanting Sam and Dean to always be the center of attention, Bela was was also unpopular due to how she was written.

Bela was, to put it lightly, a huge jerk to the Winchesters, and went out of her way to screw them over whenever it suited her. However, unlike Crowley later, there weren't really moments designed to make her a likable anti-hero either. Fans felt she was getting too much focus, and the backlash was immense. Supernatural creator Eric Kripke would later admit that they had gone too far in giving her the spotlight, and also written her in a way where she seemed irredeemably awful.

The writers also ran into the problem of being unable to come up with believable reasons why Bela would just happen to keep running into the Winchester brothers, as she seemed to have no direct ties to the season's main story about trying to release Dean from his demon deal. Finally, the decision was made to kill her off near the end of season 3, and oddly enough, backstory for Bela was injected that made many fans see her in a new light. Bela had made her own crossroads deal that was about to come due, in exchange for the death of her abusive parents. She was then killed by hellhounds and carried off to the netherworld. If they introduced this sympathetic element much earlier, perhaps Supernatural fans would've been more receptive.

Walking Dead's Jeffrey Dean Morgan Teases He's Started Work on Season 11

Jeffrey Dean Morgan teases beginning work on The Walking Dead's final season. The zombie thriller is returning at the end of February for six bonus season 10 episodes. In addition, the Walking Dead movie with Rick Grimes at the center looks to begin filming this spring.

Distribute a poll on viewers' favorite Walking Dead character, and chances are Negan will come out on top. The former Saviors leader debuted at the end of season 6 and has remained a major character since. He has the unique honor of being the only main antagonist to be redeemed and join the group of survivors. In his most recent appearance, he played a major part in ending the war against the Whisperers. Negan will appear in at least two of the six bonus episodes coming up. The first will have him and Maggie together for the first time since their emotional encounter in season 9. However, probably just as interesting will be the final episode of the batch, "Here's Negan." For the first time, viewers will see Negan during a time before there were Saviors and a baseball bat. His wife will also be a major character, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan's own spouse. It's not yet known what Negan's role will be in the show beyond these episodes.

Over on his Instagram, Jeffrey Dean Morgan teases starting work on The Walking Dead season 11. It appears he's prepping by reading the final scripts of the show. Also, the actor shows off the script binder decorated by his son. Check it out below.

Interestingly, the synopsis for "Here's Negan" sounds like it could hint at the character's exit from the program. Of course, Negan coming to "a conclusion about his future" doesn't necessarily mean leaving the show. Plus, showunner Angela Kang already teased a dynamic for Negan and Maggie in season 11, so it doesn't look like Negan is going anywhere.

The big question is if Negan will remain with the characters throughout season 11. It seems likely he will be with the group, at least at the start. It would probably be counterproductive if he left right away, given he told Lydia he was still here "for now." Of course, eventually leaving the group could open the door for a potential Negan Lives adaption, something many fans would likely enjoy. There's certainly plenty of mystery surrounding The Walking Dead's final season. Before that, however, there will be those character-centric bonus season 10 episodes beginning in February to forward to.

Valve Sued For Price Gouging & Abusing Steam Market Dominance

Valve Corporation became the subject of a new lawsuit this week that accuses the game developer and Steam founder of abusing its dominance in the PC gaming market. According to the Steam Distribution Agreement, developers working with Steam must sell their games on other storefronts at the same prices, effectively eliminating any competition these storefronts may have otherwise had. This has also allowed Valve to keep Steam game prices high.

Valve launched Steam in 2003 as a platform for the developer to release automatic updates on their own games, but it soon grew to host games from third-party publishers. Steam is now the largest online dogota; distribution platform for PC games, with more than 30,000 titles available. The platform also continues to break its own records in terms of user count year after year. Most recently, in early 2021, Steam broke its own concurrent player record with more than 25 million users. That record came only weeks after the platform hit another record for 23 million users on Christmas day alone.

Related: Valve Has New Games To Announce After Half-Life: Alyx

Of course, the title of the largest online distribution platform for PC games comes with a lot of power, and Valve is allegedly taking advantage of that power. According to the lawsuit provided by The Hollywood Reporter, the "Most Favored Nations [MFN] clause" of the Steam Distribution Agreement "has the effect of keeping prices to consumers high, as price competition by platforms would cause the prices of PC games sold to consumers to decrease." In other words, the game prices on Epic Games Store or Microsoft Store must be the same as they are on Steam, presumably leaving virtually no room for competition.

CD Projekt Red, Ubisoft, kChamp Games, Devolver Digital and Rust LLC are also named as defendants in the lawsuit. These developers were all said to have "unlawfully contracted, combined, or conspired to unreasonably restrain trade" by agreeing to not sell their PC games at lower prices on other platforms. As the lawsuit noted, Epic Games Store and Microsoft Store take a smaller cut of sales than Valve, but they are required by the Steam MFN to keep prices the same across all platforms. If these developers were not restricted by the Steam MFN, they would be better off charging lower prices for their games on platforms with lower commission charges.

All in all, the lawsuit seeks to prove that Valve is hindering competition and illegally monopolizing the digital PC game market. Valve has not commented on the lawsuit, but it hasn't exactly been a great week for the studio; Valve is also currently engaged in a trial for allegedly plagiarizing the design of its Steam Controller back in 2014.

Wayne's World Is Back For A Super Bowl Ad | Screen Rant

Mike Myers and Dana Carvey party on as their Wayne’s World characters in a new advertisement teasing the upcoming Super Bowl. Super Bowl LV, featuring the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, will air live on February 7.

The stoner comedy classic Wayne’s World took audiences—and the box office—by storm when it was first released in 1992. The film was based on a popular SNL sketch that first aired in 1989. The sketch starred comedy staples Myers and Carvey as two adult best friends, Wayne and Garth (respectively), who are heavy metal super fans. Wayne and Garth are based in Aurora, Illinois, and host a television show, “Wayne’s World,” from the basement of Wayne’s parents’ house, where Wayne still lives. The film, which adds other big names to the cast, such as Rob Lowe and Tia Carrere, explores more of Wayne and Garth’s antics and adventures as they try to save their public access show from being eaten by the nefarious world of commercial television. The popularity of the sketch and the film made Wayne’s World a household name with easily recognizable characters and frequently quoted catchphrases. A sequel, Wayne’s World 2, was released the following year, but fans were never graced with Wayne's World 3.

Related: Why Wayne’s World Is Still The Best Saturday Night Live Movie

In an Uber Eats advertisement that aired during the most recent episode of SNL, Mike Myers and Dana Carvey brought Wayne’s World back to life, if just for a brief moment. In the ad, Myers and Carvey (as Wayne and Garth) lament sarcastically about the past year and tease more Wayne’s World ad content to appear in the Super Bowl, saying “we’ll see you soon for the ‘game’” and “the big bowl.”

Although it’s not the full sequel that fans might have hoped for, audiences have a chance to embrace two of their favorite characters again. While fans have long-requested a third installment in the Wayne’s World franchise, there have been no real talks of another sequel. On the bright side, Tia Carrere has gone on record to say that she’s open to doing another film, so there may be hope yet. However, it doesn’t bode well that Wayne’s World 2 did not do as well as the first film nor that, since the first Wayne’s World, none of the many subsequent films based on SNL sketches performed well financially.

With remakes and reboots that no one would have anticipated, such as Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter reprising their roles in another Bill & Ted film after 19 years, nothing is off of the table. In this era of nostalgia, one can expect to be surprised by what weaves its way out of the woodworks. Until then, fans can feast on the small moments they do receive, such as more Wayne's World advertisements to come. Excellent!

90 Day Fiancé: Fans Say Angela Has Larry David's Mood When Visiting Michael

Angela Deem and her husband, Michael Ilesanmi, from 90 Day Fiancé have had quite the rollercoaster relationship. Every time Angela adventured across the world to visit her "sexy Nigerian," there was drama. Whether it was caused by the 20-year age gap, drastically different cultures, or negative input from friends and family, a battle usually went down, and it was usually Angela getting loud. Now, fans on Reddit are comparing her to a popular meme of Curb Your Enthusiasm's always angry, yet still caring, Larry David.

Viewers were first introduced to Angela, 55, and Michael, 32, on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days season two. From the onset, the couple had an interesting dynamic. Loud and boisterous Angela was not your average Nigerian wife content to sit back and let the man lead. Meanwhile, Michael was quiet and reserved, yet the number of young women on his social media raised some red flags for Angela. She lost her temper on countless occasions with both Michael and his friends, who described her as "trashy." In fact, Reddit users called Angela a "typical abuser."

Related: 90 Day Fiance: Syngin Colchester Thinks Angela Deem Is Cute

Fans have since evolved their opinion of the Georgia native to something more comedic. Reddit users recently said, "Angie during every trip to see Michael" is like the Larry David meme, which shows the actor saying, "F*ck you and I'll see you tomorrow!" With Angela's ever-changing hot and cold feelings toward Michael, this couldn't be more accurate. After each fight, especially their public split on a Tell-All episode, Angela calmed down and the pair reconciled. The meme can be seen below:

The comments on the post include favorite Angela quotes, such as "I'M DONE! I'M DONE!" and "It's K-1 or K-done," neither of which she actually meant. Let's also not forget, "Who's the best memaw?!" to which someone replied, "Don't remind me that he bangs a granny lol." Another user wrote, "Michael may have been the only one who benefitted from the world shutting down in 2020. He got to go a full calendar year without her throwing cake in his face or handcuffing him to a hotel bed."

Despite all of their heated disagreements, the on-again, off-again Angela and Michael are celebrating one year of marriage. They appear to be happier than ever on their joint Instagram account, even as the long-distance continues. Maybe butting heads is simply part of how they communicate. Currently, a much-skinnier version of Angela is waiting for Michael's spousal visa to be approved so he can join her and the grandkids in America. They overcame the odds and proved to the haters that true love can sometimes take unorthodox forms.

Riot Games Still Forcing Arbitration On Former Staff

Valorant and League of Legends developer Riot Games' ongoing gender discrimination controversy doesn't look like it'll be wrapping up any time soon, and it's been revealed that Riot is still forcing out-of-court arbitration on affected former staff. The move, if approved in court, would compel plaintiffs to battle the company individually before a judge out of the public eye, a practice that notoriously favors employers.

The discrimination suit and Riot's subsequent legal woes kicked started 2018, when a report unearthed a toxic "bro culture" that permeated Riot's workplace environment, where sexual harassment, misgendering, and favoritism of male employees over their female peers were commonplace. Despite Riot's assertion that it had already taken steps to rectify the situation, more former and current employees came forward to detail their own experiences while working for the company. Riot enraged many after the company's female employees filed a class-action lawsuit against the company for gender discrimination, prompting its management to promise to eliminate a mandatory arbitration clause from employee contracts (for new employees only). The studio later rescinded that promise altogether.

Related: Destiny 2 & Valorant Cheat Makers Get Sued By Bungie & Riot Games

Riot's attitude towards gender discrimination and out-of-court arbitration led to a massive walkout of over 150 employees and a subsequent lawsuit filed by the State of California against the company for allegedly refusing to cooperate with the legal investigation into the discrimination claims. That attitude continues two years on, as Eurogamer reports that Riot has pushed for and succeeded in setting in forced arbitration. While plaintiffs are not bound by confidentiality clauses and are free to discuss their cases publicly, as well take part in selecting an arbitrator for their hearings, this form of arbitration can severely weaken the prosecution by effectively dividing and conquering each claimant individually.

The move is possibly a rebuttal of the plaintiffs' rejection of a $10 million settlement that Riot offered in an attempt to end the suit, which was far less than what the plaintiffs in the case deserved. Riot's likely end goal of enforcing individual arbitration is a David versus Goliath situation, in which where Goliath comes out the victor. Cases seeing large companies face off against individuals may garner significant public interest when the person wins, but that's because that's a rare outcome. Riot may not be a juggernaut of the gaming industry, but it has the corporate backing of major companies like Tencent, of which Riot is a subsidiary. This means it has to capital, lawyers, and legal loopholes that individual plaintiffs simply can't access.

Riot continues to insist that it's making proactive moves to amend its toxic, misogynistic workplace environment, but many perceive it to have so far it's been all talk and no meaningful action on that front. Enforcing individual arbitration further demonstrates that it has no interest in settling the issue fairly, but expediently. Between Riot, Ubisoft, and other companies' recently exposed internal dysfunction and misconduct, the rampant discrimination against women, people of color, and other oppressed groups in the gaming industry is far from a thing of the past.

Kim Kardashian Shares Hilarious Toilet Paper Message From North West

Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian received a sweet message from daughter North West that was hilariously written on toilet paper. Kim started to date Kanye West in 2012 after the rapper spent many years pursuing a relationship with her. There were plenty of marriage rumors at the time, but Kim found herself pregnant with their first child before the couple had the chance to tie the knot. In June 2013, Kim gave birth to her daughter North West.

Despite the fact that 2021 has only barely begun, this is already a busy year for the KUWTK stars. As a whole, the Kardashian-Jenner family is about to end its long-running E! series Keeping Up With The Kardashians while simultaneously working on a new reality TV project with Hulu. The show is set to be released in 2021, but the fans are still waiting for more details. On a personal level, Kim Kardashian is also reportedly dealing with her imminent divorce from husband Kanye West. And yet, Kim is also pushing forward as a businesswoman and as a mom.

"I love you too North, forever!!!" Kim wrote in the caption.

90 Day Fiance: How Omar & Avery Stayed Together Despite Negative Rumors

Avery Mills and Omar Albakour had a difficult journey on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, but not for the usual reasons. While many couples fight and accuse each other of infidelity or using the other person, Avery and Omar showed true love from the start. However, the couple had to overcome enormous criticism and obstacles to achieve their much-deserved happy ending.

Avery, who was just 19 years old when she debuted on the show, fell for Omar when she met the Syrian man on a Muslim dating app. The American teen had converted to Islam before meeting her Muslim beau, and they became engaged before meeting in person. Avery and Omar married upon meeting for the first time, as they knew they wanted to be together. Unfortunately, the couple had difficulties physically being together; Omar, a native of Syria, was unable to join his new bride in the U.S. While some might have given up, Avery vowed that she would join her man one way or another. After excruciating time apart, Avery and Omar recently announced the happy news that they are now living together. Since they couldn’t call the United States their home, the couple has settled down in Dubai. While living together has proven to be an obstacle, the couple also had to withstand considerable criticism throughout their relationship.

Related: 90 Day Fiancé: What Happened To Omar & Avery After The Other Way

One of the people who had the most reservations about the relationship was Avery’s mother. The American mother was shocked to eventually discover that her daughter was not only planning to get married but that she might be moving to Syria. Some fans also criticized Avery for not being more open with her parents about her potential move. Avery has also received negative feedback due to her religious conversion, which angered some viewers. One of the most troubling rumors the couple had to combat was claims that Omar was controlling Avery. Critics have referred to Avery’s life choices as ugly, violent and a form of enslavement, but the American has remained steadfast in her beliefs. Mans fans also failed to grasp that Avery chose to convert before meeting her current husband, and she made the decision based on her own feelings and needs. Therefore, the young wife wasn’t forced into making any decisions to please someone else. Avery has always maintained that her religion is her choice and something that enhances her life greatly.

Avery also had to dispute claims that escalated into rumors of domestic violence. She has maintained that Omar never abused her in any way and that the couple is very much in love. Since these rumors have not been substantiated, it appears they came from critics who were disapproving of her religious choice. By staying true to her faith and husband and defending her choices, Avery has managed to retain her sanity despite constantly having to defend herself to critics. Fortunately, the sweet personality also has her fair share of supporters who approve of her and Omar’s relationship. Avery has also been outspoken about her beliefs, including when co-star and outspoken Trump supporter Deavan Clegg claimed that racism didn’t exist in America. Avery disputed the claim and pointed out that she was receiving public death threats in her comments due to her religion. The wise reality star clapped back with the message that it was everyone’s duty to stand up against hatred.

Omar and Avery now appear happier than ever. The couple has a joint Instagram account and they are also active on YouTube. Avery enjoys sharing cooking content and keeping fans updated about their lives, since she states they do not plan to return for any more 90 Day Fiancé shows. Avery and Omar are a shining example of perseverance through difficulty in order to be with the person you love. They are one 90 Day Fiancé couple that fans were thrilled to see succeed.

Kim Kardashian Takes Girls' Trip With Daughters Amid Kanye Divorce Rumors

Kim Kardashian took her two daughters on a girls' trip this weekend amid rumors of divorce between her and husband Kanye West. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been making headlines for quite some time now, as she and Kanye seem to be having issues within their marriage. Neither Kim, Kanye, nor her famous family has spoken out about the recent rumors.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West first met in the early 2000s. The two began dating in 2011, around the same time Kim was finalizing her divorce with Kris Humphries. In 2013, the couple welcomed their first child, North West. Just one year later, they tied the knot with a romantic ceremony in Italy. North became an older sister for the first time in 2015 when her little brother, Saint West, was born. After a difficult pregnancy with numerous complications, Kim and Kanye chose to use surrogacy to continue growing their family. The couple had two more kids together, Chicago and Psalm. It is unknown who the kids will live with following Kim and Kanye's speculated divorce.

The West ladies needed to take some time away to clear their minds. Kim Kardashian showed off her "girls trip" with her daughters North and Chicago on Instagram. The ladies posed in pastel-colored bathing suits under the bright sun. The mom of four wore a lime green ribbed top with matching bathing suit bottoms. Oldest daughter North wore a shimmery pink one-piece, while Chicago shined in a silver suit. Both girls wore their hair down with flowers behind their ears. All three ladies let their long locks down for the mini photoshoot with nothing but smiles on their faces. While it is unknown if anyone joined Kim, North, and Chicago on their little getaway, it can be assumed Kourtney and her daughter Penelope tagged along. Kourtney posted on her Instagram story a photo of her daughter on the beach. Check out the adorable photos of Kim's getaway below:

Take a look at Kourtney's Instagram stories.

Kim's daughters are growing up so fast. Fans were shocked by how big both North and Chicago have gotten. Family friend Jen Atkin complimented the mother and daughter photoshoot, calling all three of them "cuties." She left a second comment, questioning when the girls had gotten so big. Many fans began to discuss who they think Chicago is starting to look like now that she is getting bigger. Most agreed Chicago resembles her older brother, Saint. Others mistook her for her cousin, Dream, Rob Kardashian's daughter with ex Blac Chyna. While many complimented both Kim and her girls, others reminded the SKIMS founder that there is still a global pandemic going on while she travels.

With all of the drama going on inside the West's home, a little girls' getaway sounds like a good break for the family. The breakdown of what went on between Kim and Kanye is set to be explained in the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which premieres later this year.

Titanic Deleted Scenes Explain Why The Nearby Ship Didn't Help Save People

James Cameron’s Titanic told the tragic story of the ocean liner sinking in the Atlantic all by itself, but the final cut ignored that in reality, the Titanic was not alone in the ice field. Approximately 20 miles away, the RMS Californian had stopped for the night, much closer than the Carpathia that eventually came to the rescue. While the Californian was left out of the final cut of the movie, a deleted scene taken straight from the true story of the Titanic explained why the other ship in the ice field didn’t come to the rescue.

In the deleted scene, the Californian’s wireless operator signaled to the Titanic to warn them about the ice. However, Titanic’s operators were too busy to give the message a proper response. They were swamped with messages from the rich passengers, complaining they would be up all night trying to get through the backlog, and the Californian’s message interrupted other messages they were trying to send and receive. The Titanic’s operator told the Californian to “shut up,” and the Californian shut down their wireless for the night, considering the warning passed along. Their seemingly small mistake led to the passengers of the Titanic dying in the ice only hours later, both in the movie and on the real Titanic.

Related: Why Titanic is Only Rated PG-13

Like many other events in the film, the deleted scene isn’t too far off from actual history. The real Californian did send a wireless message to ships in the area to warn them of icebergs. But the Titanic’s Marconi operator, Jack Phillips, was overtired and overworked and flooded with a backlog of messages that had suddenly hit his wire. As the two ships were so close, the Californian’s message drowned out the much more distant messages coming from land. Thus, the stressed-out Phillips ignored the other ship's wire and told his counterpart on the Californian to shut up, mistakenly not realizing it was an important message that should have gone immediately to the bridge.  The Titanic later sent S.O.S. messages once the ship began sinking, but the Californian had shut down their wireless office for the night. The Californian also ignored flares sent up from the Titanic, as the captain assumed they were only “company rockets” meant to signal ships from the same line. If the Californian had arrived sooner, they might have saved hundreds of passengers who met their ends like Titanic’s Jack Dawson.

Despite drawing from fact, James Cameron chose to cut the scene to focus the movie back onto the people of the Titanic. As the movie evolved in post-production, he decided including the Californian for historical accuracy was not as important as emphasizing the self-containment of the Titanic. He wanted to focus solely on the world of the Titanic itself, lending to the ship being a metaphor for the end of the world, one in which no one came to save them until it was too late.

Titanic ignores some historical truth in cutting out the scene with the Californian in favor of keeping the story laser-focused on the people stuck in the tragedy with no way out. It's already a long film, running almost three and a half hours, and Cameron has no intention of releasing a Titanic director’s cut to restore the deleted scenes, stating the final movie already represents his vision. The Californian’s inclusion, however, may have deepened the tragedy of the Titanic, showing that another ship might have come to their rescue if a perfect storm of unfortunate circumstances had not doomed them all. Titanic sacrificed accuracy to keep viewers emotionally invested in the sinking ship that, in the end, had no hope of rescue.

Walker Reboot's Premiere Debuts With CW's Highest Viewership In 2 Years

The Walker reboot's premiere was The CW's highest viewership in over two years. The new series is a modern reimagining of Walker, Texas Ranger, which starred Chuck Norris and ran for eight seasons on CBS. A huge success for the network, the 90s crime-drama series was notable for its action and martial arts sequences. The reboot was first announced in 2019, with Supernatural star Jared Padalecki in the titular role.

Departing from the original series' storyline, Walker follows Cordell Walker (Padalecki), a veteran Texas Ranger who returns to his job in Austin after almost a year of being undercover. A widower and father of two children, Walker also deals with reconnecting with his estranged family while beginning to investigate his wife's suspicious death. Along with family drama, Walker must get used to the new changes upon returning to work, now stuck with a new partner, Micki (Lindsey Morgan). Produced by Padalecki, the series also stars Keegan Allen as Walker's brother Liam, Mitch Pileggi as Walker’s father, and Molly Hagan as Walker's mother. Though the new series has been noted for its differences from the original show, particularly its lack of actionWalker is set and filmed in Texas like its predecessor. Walker debuted on Thursday, January 21, to some of the highest numbers The CW has seen in years.

Related: The Walker Reboot's [SPOILER] Story Is A Huge Mistake (& How To Fix It)

According to Deadline, it turns out that Walker's premiere was The CW's highest viewership for Live+7 since season 5 of The Flash on Oct. 9, 2018. The show also saw a huge spike in Live + Same Day total viewers, with 52%, delivering 3.71 million total viewers. Additionally, the crime-drama series saw the largest P2+ for any CW show debut in over four years (since DC's Legends of Tomorrow on Jan. 21, 2016).

With Walker being Padalecki's first major role since the end of the long-running Supernatural, the show's high numbers are likely in large part to Padalecki's involvement. Padalecki himself even revealed that he almost produced Walker with his Supernatural co-star Jensen Ackles in the lead role. However, many viewers who tuned in as fans of the original show have complained that the new series lacks the action scenes that made Walker, Texas Ranger, so iconic.

Though Chuck Norris fans might be disappointed with the new series, Walker has only gotten started and there's still time for it to find its footing. Its record numbers for The CW show that it can end up being just as successful as its superhero hits. Hopefully, those viewers will continue to watch to see where the crime-drama will go.

Three Men & A Baby Reboot On Disney+ Adds Woke Director Mo Marable

Mo Marable has signed on to direct the Disney+ reboot of Three Men And A Baby. The original movie, released in 1987 and directed by Spock actor Leonard Nimoy, follows three New York bachelors (Tom Selleck, Steve Guttenberg, and Ted Danson) who unexpectedly find themselves caring for an infant left on their doorstep. They eventually develop an affection for the baby while also having to fend off drug dealers. The comedy was a notable success at the time since it was the first live-action Disney movie to gross over $100 million at the box office and was even followed by a sequel Three Men and a Little Lady in 1990.

According to Deadline, Maurice “Mo” Marable will direct the reboot of the 80s classic comedy for Disney+. It was previously announced that High School Musical’s Zac Efron will star in one of the lead roles. At the current time, no other cast members have been confirmed. However, Marable will be directing the remake based on a script penned by Will Reichel, whose sole writing credit includes the 2019 comedy Hot Air.

Related: Three Men And A Baby's "Ghost" Is An Urban Legend That Won't Go Away

Marable is perhaps best known for directing six episodes of the Hulu original series Woke and many other acclaimed television comedies. His most notable credits include directing the final three seasons of IFC’s Brockmire and episodes of Insecure, VEEP, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Clearly, Marable has put together an impressive resume directing television comedies. Even though this will be his time directing a feature film, Disney seems to have gone with a safe choice in Marable to direct a reboot of one of their most beloved live-action comedies.

WandaVision: Kat Dennings Loves Her Darcy Lewis Twitter Emoji

Kat Dennings, aka WandaVision’s Darcy Lewis, loves her new official MCU Twitter emoji. WandaVision is Disney+’s first Marvel television series, starring Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany reprising their roles as Avengers Wanda Maximoff and Vision, respectively. While many new characters have been introduced, the show also features some other familiar faces from the MCU, like Randall Park, who first appeared as Agent Woo in Ant-Man and the Wasp, and Dennings, whose character originated in the first Thor film.

Twitter emojis to pair with hashtags have become a staple of any big pop culture moment. Big studios like Marvel and Lucasfilm use them to promote new releases. Artist Truck Torrance, aka @100soft, works with both of those companies to translate their characters into emojis in his "kawaii" style. With the release of episode 4 of WandaVision, which explored characters outside the creepy town of Westview, Torrance added three new emojis to the MCU collection: Jimmy Woo, Monica Rambeau, and Darcy Lewis.

Related: WandaVision: All Of Jimmy Woo's Questions Answered

Darcy actress Dennings appeared very pleased by her new, adorable Twitter emoji (above). She tweeted: "I HAVE A #DarcyLewis EMOJI?! Goodbye I have passed away." Going straight to the source, she also shared with the artist how much she loved it (adding a crying emoji for emphasis). Torrance replied with some more news -- Darcy Lewis has a WandaVision Instagram sticker as well. Dennings responded with an enthusiastic, "Aaahhhhh!!!"

Despite the fact that Darcy Lewis existed in the MCU long before Wanda or Vision, the latter couple has received the emoji treatment before, while Darcy’s emoji is brand new to WandaVision. Of course, as Avengers, Wanda and Vision are bigger characters. However, it also has to do with the fact that Darcy’s major appearances were in 2011 and 2013 before Twitter emoji, also known as Hashflags, was a common marketing practice. Though hashflags debuted for the 2010 World Cup, it didn’t become a popular branding strategy until around 2015.

WandaVision fans have been trained to keep a close eye for easter eggs and any hints that might unravel the show’s many mysteries. With that in mind, it might make sense to study the WandaVision character emojis for clues, but it doesn’t seem like there’s a lot to be discovered from Darcy’s hashflag or the other supporting characters. It wouldn’t be totally out of the question, though: the upcoming Black Widow movie emojis may have revealed a major spoiler about Rachel Weisz’s character.) Regardless, the Darcy emoji is a very cute companion to WandaVision and an excellent addition to the Marvel Cinematic Emoji-verse.

90 Day Fiancé: Andrew & Amira's Unseen Pics From Mexico Vacation Revealed

Although 90 Day Fiancé season eight fans saw Andrew Kenton and Amira Lollysa’s Mexico plan go down the drain, the light at the end of the tunnel seems to be a trip to Serbia. However, as revealed by Andrew via his various receipts, it was Amira who planned the Mexico sojourn in the first place. Now, it looks like Amira had vacationed in the country before, as per Andrew and Amira’s multiple unseen pics on her social media.

Filing paperwork for visas and waiting for them to be granted before visiting America is an ordeal that every 90 Day Fiancé couple goes through. While Amira and Andrew did their waiting for a year after a hasty proposal in Las Vegas, the French-Egyptian woman’s visa arrived during the coronavirus pandemic. With former President Trump having shut down American borders, Amira and Andrew did something no 90 Day Fiancé pair had done before. As Andrew waited for his princess in Puerto Vallarta, Amira went to Amsterdam and took a one-way flight to Mexico City, where she was detained. The nightmare of living without a phone or a watch for three days strained Amira’s already taxing relationship with Andrew, as 90 Day Fiancé fans named him a jerk for enjoying Mexico without her. The TLC couple, however, seems to be adamant about meeting within the 30 ticking days of Amira’s visa to get married and settle in America. Even if their vacation might have been enjoyed by Andrew alone, Amira visited Mexico with Andrew in tow just a year before the visa drama.

Related: 90 Day Fiancé: What Happened To Amira After Being Detained In Mexico?

While Amira might not have many pictures of herself or any selfies with 90 Day Fiancé’s Andrew on her Instagram, her Facebook tells a different story. Over on Facebook, Amira Lollysa who has become a fan-favorite thanks to the hardships she has been through on the TLC show, shares a lot more personal details about herself. One such memory Amira shared on her FB page is a set of images from her 2019 trip to sunny Mexico with her fiancé, Andrew. Posted on December 27, 2019, Amira captioned the album with “Cruising to Mexico where it was 32°C” in French.

One can see Amira and Andrew had then been to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and, of course, Puerto Vallarta, the site of the drama in their 90 Day Fiancé storyline. The pictures range from Amira with dolphins, Andrew with seals, both of them seated on a camel, and a lovely sea-facing dinner on a cruise. But most interesting of all is a prom-style set of pics of the 90 Day Fiancé pair, where Amira and Andrew, dressed to the nines, look oh-so-in-love when in each others’ embrace.

Considering Amira and Andrew’s Serbia plan may have been a success, the 90 Day Fiancé twosome could be married and currently in America. If they really are on good terms, who could stop the season eight pair from planning yet another trip to Mexico to make up for the one Amira missed out on?

Denzel Washington's The Little Things Just Set A Box Office Milestone During The Pandemic

The Little Things premiered both in theaters and HBO Max this weekend, but still managed to sell some tickets
