Despite Kanye West's refusal to move to California with his family, the rapper has reportedly been living out of his own L.A. ranch following his divorce from Kim Kardashian. While the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star lives in Calabasas with their four children, Kanye reportedly has his own $2.2 million mansion for whenever he's in town. With him now co-parenting his kids with Kim, he'll need his own pad for when the children come to spend time with their dad.
Kanye was completely against living in Los Angeles. He did it for the first few years of their marriage. But he eventually set his sights on Wyoming and had been buying up property to add to his mega ranch in Cody. While opening up about their split, Kim admitted that she stopped wanting to follow Kanye around the globe. She said her husband deserved to be with someone who could follow him around and stick to his schedule. But she is her own self-made woman who is raising four young children. Kim and Kanye's lifestyle choices just outgrew each other.
Despite how hard Kanye fought to move his kids out of L.A., Kim didn't budge. As a result, the Yeezy founder had to get himself a place near his ex-wife for the time he gets with children and whenever he's in town working on projects. The Sun obtained pictures of the former Sunday Service headquarters that the rap/fashion mogul turned into his own personal bachelor pad. Photos show the rapper's flash Sherp Pro ATV parked in the driveway following his recent return from France where he spent his birthday with his new girlfriend Irina Shayk.

A second white sportscar was seen on location and a black sand rail used for off-roading. The 1.25-acre ranch was purchased in 2018, ahead of a year of back-to-back Sunday Service events. Kanye's pad reportedly boasts "the welcoming charm of the rustic exterior, and beautifully updated interior, four-bedroom, main house, evokes the spirit of an early Californian ranch home," a description reads. It comes with a stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace, hardwood floors, vaulted open-beam ceilings, and a "spacious ground-floor master suite decked out with a walk-in closet and spa-style bath."
For guests, they can enjoy one of the two detached guest units. There is also a four-car garage, a metal workshop or barn, and plenty of open space that Kanye can do what he pleases with. Well, anything but build domes. He was forced to stop construction on the Star Wars-inspired dome structures he created in 2019. The home lies just eight miles away from the home he used to share with Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kim. He's rumored to be eyeing places in New York to be closer to Irina.
