The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Erika Jayne has been dropped by her lawyers. It seems the release of the Hulu documentary revealed more questions than she had answers to when it came to Tom Girardi.
All anyone can talk about is Erika Jayne and how she is acting on the newest season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The singer filed for divorce back in November after 21 years of marriage, and quickly after, it was revealed that Tom Girardi had a few legal issues to handle. Now the couple is the subject of a new documentary called The Housewife and the Hustler. First, the couple was hit with a lawsuit that alleges they embezzled funds meant for the families of the victims of a fatal 2018 plane crash.
Erika’s world is currently a hot mess, as Page Six revealed that she had been let go by her team of lawyers after the Hulu documentary dropped. Court documents showed that the 49-year-old had been let go by her team of attorneys on Tuesday. Additionally, the documents showed that Dinsmore & Shohl LLP filed paperwork to withdraw as Erika’s counsel.
Dinsmore & Shohl LLP revealed they contacted their client on their decision on Monday. Bravo fans noted that it was the same day that the documentary aired. In the court documents, Erika’s former lawyers stated, “The relationship of trust and confidence that is essential to a properly functioning attorney-client relationship has broken down and, in the good-faith assessment of counsel, the relationship is irreparable.”
The Hustler and the Housewife aimed to help the victims of the lawsuit by telling their side of the story. The documentary noted that Erika was listed as a secretary for one of her husband’s LLCs, with some money being transferred to EJ Global. Fans already know that Erika is claiming she was gifted a lot of her lavish items. Fans are currently watching the new season to see if Erika drops any hints about her private life. The reality star has played up her villain persona with the fans. She consistently posts pictures of memes that incite backlash on social media. Bravo fans find it disturbing that Erika Jayne appears to be living her best life while her famed lawyer ex is suffering from an array of severe health issues.
