Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Lamar Odom appears to be backing down from his feud with Tristan Thompson over comments related to Khloe Kardashian. After engaging in an online spat with Khloe's ex and baby daddy, Lamar is attempting to calm the tensions down and make peace. The NBA champion wants the beef to end because he thinks things could've gotten a lot worse than just social media exchanges. Their spat comes as Khloe works to get over Tristan following their recent breakup.
It was last week when Khloe Kardashian posted up a steamy bikini picture that garnered praise from her fans and followers. Among the applauders were her ex-husband Lamar Odom and ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson. It's only been a few weeks since word on Khloe and Tristan's split was released. The couple had already been going through issues due to Tristan's most recent alleged cheating scandal. After reports surfaced claiming that the Boston Celtics star entered into a private room with three women, Khloe was done with their on-and-off romance. Alas, their breakup comes as Lamar continues to drop hints at how badly he wants Khloe back in his life.
With Tristan and Lamar both being her exes, the two NBA stars went at it over Khloe. After Lamar commented "Hottie" with a few heart-eye emojis under Khloe's bikini pic, Tristan went on to threaten Lamar and made reference to his past near-fatal drug overdose. Lamar waited a few days before posting a response to Tristan's threat. Now, the former LA Lakers player says his feud with Tristan was a mistake that "could have turned ugly," as reported by TMZ. During a recent appearance on The Megan Pormer Show, Lamar explained why he forgives Tristan for bringing up his past drug abuse because the two pro players don't personally know each other. In the end, they're both Black men and are both a part of the NBA community.
The Dancing With The Stars alum also said he shouldn't concern himself with social media beef. In the same interview, Lamar didn't hold back when asked if he would ever consider dating Khloe again.: "In a heartbeat. We'll see if she gets back with me, that's the bigger question." Recently, sources revealed how Khloe has "no interest" in ever dating Lamar again. Their marriage lasted from 2009 to 2016, and their divorce was only postponed to 2016 due to Lamar's near-fatal overdose in 2015 where Khloe stayed by his side throughout his recovery.
Despite Khloe's loss of interest in Lamar, it doesn't appear to stop him from professing the love he still has for her. He has shared posts binge-watching old episodes of Khloe & Lamar and even revealed Tristan's past hookup history with Lamar's ex-fiance Sabrina Parr. Lamar's moves have appeared as an attempt to get Khloe's attention. But the Good American founder is currently trying to get over another NBA player after Lamar broke her heart years ago.
