90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? viewers were left speechless after Jenn and Becky Potthast took Andrei Castravet's side in the BBQ brawl against their brother, Charlie Potthast. The fight broke out after Chuck Potthast tried to bring his children back together to reconcile.
The Potthast family has been a hot mess since they graced the series a few years back. No one thought that the Moldovan was good enough for Libby, but the couple still forged on with their love. This entire season has been showing how Andrei has matured and even started working with his father-in-law, Chuck. But one major obstacle still stands in Andrei and Libby's way: the Potthast siblings. Until the recent episode, each sibling felt that Andrei was trying to steal money from their hands and brainwash the patriarch. But TLC fans are starting to learn that may not be the case at all.
All that could really be heard through the entire argument was Jenn and Becky yelling at how unhinged their brother Charlie was. This marked the first time the two sisters openly supported Andrei and brought into question the sanity of their own brother. Fans immediately flocked to Twitter to proclaim it was a miracle. Even though Andrei had a backup, he still acted like an overgrown man-child as he ripped off his shirt to show he was alpha.
90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? viewers were not happy to see Charlie's wife get in Chuck's face and felt that it was inappropriate. It was also noted that a random bouncer had been on standby during the picnic and was able to rush in to break up the two men. Some TLC viewers couldn't help but wonder if the fight was fake, pointing out that Andrei softly put Charlie to the ground. But Chuck's tears and fears of a heart attack felt very real and many empathized with the struggling father. The carnage that was left behind was far worse than they had started, and Charlie lost support from his siblings when he came in hot.
The Potthast family has been left torn and broken. But it remains to be seen if fans of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? want to see more from them. Andrei and Libby were left so upset they spoke about moving. But Andrei doesn't want to be seen as running away. Most fans believe the couple should run far and fast to distance themselves from their unstable family members.
