Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles will be returning to Bravo on September 2, and new bi-coastal agent Fredrik Eklund is stirring up some drama. The new trailer for season 13 recently dropped, and viewers are excited about a new season in the City of Angels. Not only is Fredrik returning as a full-time cast member, but so will some of the LA-only real estate agents. Josh Altman will be making a return alongside Josh Flagg, Tracy Tutor, James Harris, and Davis Parnes.
It has been over a year since the Bravo real estate series has aired its new season, which was filmed several months before the COVID-19 pandemic. The LA agents had time to prepare and get their bearings in order before they began filming their new season, unlike Million Dollar Listing New York City, which had stop production in the middle of filming. Nonetheless, just because COVID-19 didn't have a huge impact on the filming, the real estate drama more than made up for it.
In an exclusive trailer on People, Fredrik is officially a full-time agent on the show, and he is already shaking things up. At first, the clip shows the realtor adjusting to life on the west coast and a whole new housing market. Fredrik, the only full-time agent on both MMDLA and MDLNY, is already clashing with the LA agents. However, he does his best to not only beat his own real estate records but even his competitions. After getting the chance to work with his childhood hero, Dolph Lundgren, the father of two quickly realizes how different the selling market in LA is compared to NYC. In the trailer, the 44-year-old is out with his fellow costar Josh Altman as the two get into a heated argument. "It was embarrassing for me to try to stand up for you," Josh admitted.
Fredrik responded with, "I think you think it's bull---- that I'm getting any kind of recognition," The clip also shows Josh getting into a dispute over a $25 million-dollar listing in Orange County. Later, Josh Flagg is seen taking on Suzanne Somers' 28-acre compound in Palm Springs while also tackling his own home renovation in Beverly Hills. Tracy Tutor hits a couple of obstacles as well as she deals with her touches client, her sister's $30 million-dollar mansion in Holmby Hills, and finding a home of her own. As for James Harris and David Parnes at The Agency, they had to bend a few rules to have more control over the Bel Air area and Hancock Park. With the addition of COVID-19, the LA agents have their work cut out for them, with so many people buying and selling their homes.
The new season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles is scheduled to return in less than a month, and the viewers are excited to see what their favorite LA agents have been up to. With the addition of Fredrik full-time, this season will definitely be packed with drama in their personal and professional lives.
