Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian was greeted with rose petals by her children upon returning home from her Italy vacation with Travis Barker. Penelope and Reign Disick were all smiling while serenading their mom with love once she got home. Recently, Kourtney enjoyed a romantic getaway to Italy with Travis after helping the Blink-182 drummer overcome his fear of flying. This latest adorable moment with her kids comes as Kourtney is at odds with her ex, Scott Disick.
Kourtney and Travis were minding their business and living in bliss while touring the cities of Italy. They shopped, ate ice cream, and pranced around the country showing off their PDA and love for each other. However, not everyone was happy for them. Scott was put on blast by Kourtney's other ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima, after he sent Younes a DM throwing shade at their ex. Scott apparently took issue with Kourtney and Travis's PDA in Italy and was hoping to find some comradery in Younes when he reached out to complain about Kourtney kissing Travis in public. But instead of friendship, Younes recalled all the criticism Scott threw at him when he dated Kourtney and decided to get some karma of his own and reveal Scott's private message.
Amid this latest scandal, Kourtney returned home to her three children shared with Scott and was met with a warm welcome. In a post shared by @kardashianvideo, Kourtney's two youngest kids, Penelope and Reign, greeted Kourtney with rose petals in the driveway and drawings that read, "Welcome Home." Reign ran to his mother and gave her a hug, and it didn't take long for Penelope to follow suit. With Mason being the oldest and a pre-teen, he was likely in the background and welcomed his mom home privately. This cute family moment shows how strong Kourtney's bond is with her kids. It also comes at the same time their father has taken a major jab at Kourtney's relationship with Travis.
Insiders claim that Scott is completely "embarrassed" by Younes revealing his DM to the public. “He DMed him when he was in a heated moment and was just looking for him to react the same way being that they both dated Kourtney," a source told Us Weekly. It's also said that their three kids have taken a liking to Travis, which is reportedly also rubbing Scott the wrong way. The love Kourtney and Travis have is causing a "strain" on Scott. The Talentless founder reportedly "hates" Travis now that he has to see photos of him and Kourtney in the press. Kourtney is used to Scott taking issue with her dating other people, but this time he appears to be taking his bitterness a little too far.
After the DM was revealed, Kourtney, Travis, and Scott's girlfriend Amelia Hamlin all shared their own subliminal messages in response. Amelia asked for people to be nicer to each other as many fans questioned if Scott was even interested in the 20-year-old. Considering how bothered Scott is by Travis dating Kourtney, it seems like he might not be over the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star. Good thing their kids are always helping them maintain some form of peace within their co-parenting relationship.
