Though viewers voted Charlie as being the worst member of the extended family, there was plenty of criticism to be voiced for the entire family.
The 90 Day Fiancé spin-off show has left many fans critical, especially when it comes to the chaotic Potthast family. Libby and her siblings have bad blood after Jenn, Becky and Charlie all clashed with her husband. Libby has made it clear that she will always side with Andrei, who plans to reveal the sordid pasts of his in-laws. Relations are currently very tense as the three sisters joined their father Chuck on a family RV trip. Though Charlie opting to skip the trip and fly saved the family some drama, Andrei and Becky are unsurprisingly clashing during the family outing. The two are slated to square off next week, though many viewers are entirely over the drama.
One viewer took to Reddit to poll viewers about, "The worst Potthast / Castravet family member?" The poll asked viewers to choose between Libby, Andrei, Jenn, Becky, Charlie and Chuck. Though all six members of the extended family received votes for being disliked, Charlie was the clear winner in the poll. The brother of Libby is considered a massive hothead who always wants to start a fight. While Charlie won the poll for the most disliked family member, sister Becky clocked in as second most disliked. Viewers have called Libby's sister literally two-faced after she purchased a brand new face for herself and consider her to be a hypocrite for berating Libby. "Personally I voted Becky. Andrei is a verbally abusive gopnick and Libby is a brat who enables him, but two-faced Becky really gets on my nerves the most," the original poster wrote.
Libby, Andrei and Jenn all earned their share of votes. Many viewers find Jenn to be bratty and annoying. The sister of Libby is even rumored to have a crush on Andrei. Meanwhile, Libby is considered entitled and has been slammed for always defending Andrei and enabling his bad behavior. Andrei is disliked by many for his chronic vulgar behavior and bad attitude. Though Chuck received some votes as well, the other family members were all voted as more disliked. "I’ve seen all their private anatomy except for Chuck so it must be him . . . ," one viewer shared. Others voiced that the entire family was a disaster. "The whole family sucks," one commenter wrote. "Libby, because her desire for exposure coupled with her disastrous taste in men got us all here," another viewer weighed in.
Overall, viewers have made it clear that the Potthast family doesn’t contain any redeeming family members. While Chuck is called out for his shady business practices, even the siblings’ mother Pamela is disliked. Despite not appearing on the show, Pamela caused uproar by making controversial comments about homosexual people on social media. While the family is being panned by critics, many fear that the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? family is still trying to land their own TLC spin-off show.
