Natalie Mordovtseva from 90 Day Fiancé has been having a hard time dealing with Trish and Mike Youngquist, and fans saw her reach a breaking point with her awkward laugh during Thanksgiving dinner. Trish has been showing no mercy to Natalie since her visit to the Oklahoma house with Mike, with the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star having been on Mike’s mom’s radar since season 8. After almost making sure Mike and Natalie weren't married, Trish is now emotionally abusing the Ukrainian actress in every scene. Episode 7 saw Trish test Natalie’s patience by mocking her further and insulting her after Mike’s disgusting behavior in the kitchen. But was Natalie’s laugh at the end was TLC messing up with editing, as fans say.
While Trish’s grand plan of getting Tamara to cancel Mike and Natalie’s wedding didn’t work on 90 Day Fiancé season 8, her sudden hatred toward her daughter-in-law escalated quickly in HEA. Every conversation between Trish and Natalie has ended on a sour note, and fans have sympathized with Mike’s wife, especially after the butcher shop scene. But this week saw more fans siding with Natalie and chiding Mike and Trish as they made jokes at her expense, and triggered her yet again by talking about her former failed marriages and plan to have kids.
However, the Domino’s cup scene seemed to really affect 90 Day Fiancé star Natalie, who was worked up by the time it was her turn to eat. TLC fans admitted it was one of the most awkward scenes from 90 Day Fiancé ever, and it gave them second had embarrassment. Some were thankful for Natalie to at least have the company of Trish’s roommate, Ron, who didn’t hate her like the mother-son duo. But the passive aggressiveness went around like gravy at the table and soon took a creepy turn when Natalie burst into laughter. Some 90 Day Fiancé viewers on Reddit compared her to Joaquin Phoenix in The Joker.
A 90 Day Fiancé fan posted “When everyone’s trying to figure out why Natalie is cracking up after being asked to pass the gravy” along with the “you wouldn’t get it” screengrab from the movie. Fans in the comments went ahead to call Natalie “unbalanced” “cringey” and “stoned.” However, the majority of commentators agreed that it was probably a “bad edit.” The top response said, “I gave the editors a D on this one,” and explained that before Natalie laughed, the gravy was in the roommate’s hand. “After she laughed, it was beside her plate,” they wrote. The TLC viewer thinks Natalie was laughing at something else.

Another 90 Day Fiancé watcher joked that they “just described every episode” of the show, and a different fan posted that it’s common with reality TV to “edit the s**t out of scenes for entertainment purposes” and that “a reaction you’re seeing now is probably from a reaction 30 minutes ago during the same conversation.” However, one fan added that Natalie is known to be an attention seeker on 90 Day Fiancé and that the laugh was probably fake, just like the one she did after washing the crusty cup, standing next to the fridge.
