Season 3 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way returns to TLC on August 29, and a new trailer has announced the names and storylines of the new and returning cast members. Season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? has been all sorts of mundane for viewers who were yearning to see new faces on screen. 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way is introducing two new couples, and also bringing back fan-favorites like Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh, Ariela Weinberg and Biniyam Shibre, and the newly married Kenny Niedermeier and Armando Rubio. Here’s a rundown of everything that the teaser reveals.
Season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way was undoubtedly one of the franchise’s best spin-offs yet. Not only did it have engaging storylines on screen, but the drama that took place in real life post the filming has also still kept fans entertained. Brittany Banks went on to star in The Single Life, and Yazan Abu Horira recently flaunted his wedding, while Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee seem to have reached a conclusion in their custody battle after exiting TLC. Meanwhile, Tim Clarkson and Melyza’s future still seems bleak as hinted at by their plot on 90 Day: Diaries. However, their castmates who return for season 3 of TOW have some shocking secrets to unveil.
Joining the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way cast after their season 1 stint are Corey Rathgeber and Evelin Villegas, infamous for their marriage rumors and arguments with Larissa Lima off-screen. As per the 90 Day Fiancé first look, Corey sips on a penis soup and admits that “living in Ecuador with Evelin hasn’t been easy.” According to Vulture, the couple is getting married (again?) while Corey questions if Evelin is the one. Then, there’s Kenny and Armando, 90 Day Fiancé’s first male gay couple, planning their wedding in Mexico as the American man refuses to learn Spanish.
Kenny thinks Armando becoming “bridezilla” is not such a good idea, while the 90 Day Fiancé couple may also be getting little Hannah a new sibling. Jenny, who’s just recovered from COVID-19 with Sumit, is still livid about them not being married. The trailer shows Jenny getting closer to the Indian culture, dealing with monkeys, and throwing furniture around angrily while worrying about how long she’ll keep up with her visa woes for Sumit. But perhaps the most shocking storyline this season belongs to Ariela and Biniyam, with her ex-husband Leandro making a surprise entry.
Biniyam does some MMA fighting with Leandro and worries he’ll take Ari back to America, which she later does, as the Ethiopian 90 Day Fiancé star admits, “I don’t have much confidence that they’ll come back.” In the list of new couples, Ellie and Victor stand out for looking too old to not know they’re making a huge mistake. The youngest pair of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 3 is Alina from Russia and Utah native Steven. Neither look ready for marriage, from what the trailer confirms.
