Meri Brown's Instagram often leaves fans and followers of Sister Wives questioning if her marriage to Kody Brown is totally over. Meri is the first wife but hasn't been treated so well over the years, giving viewers of the hit TLC show pause for concern.
Meri was the first wife to openly talk about how unhappy she was within her marriage. She and Kody have had their ups and downs, especially since the catfish scandal occurred a few years back. This season showed the couple having way more negative interactions than positive with Kody. He even shared that he wasn't attracted to his wife sexually anymore. Sister Wives viewers are taking notes on how Kody is failing as a husband and how sharing one husband causes a huge strain on the four wives. After last season, it was hard for fans not to imagine that the women would all be happier if they were either single or in a monogamous relationship.

Meri looked as if she was trying to muster up some positive power with one slide reading that she will no longer chase after people anymore. TLC viewers couldn't help but think that the sister wife was calling out her husband, Kody. The post that alarmed fans most was one about being mentally abused.
The mother of one must also be watching the Tokyo Olympics, as she quoted Simone Biles after she pulled out of the finals due to her mental health. The quote read, "I have to put my pride aside. I have to do what's right for me." Meri has been all about moving forward as she has started a Friday podcast with her best friend. She also has started to revamp her wardrobe and wear more makeup. The biggest change has been her eyebrows, which used to be extremely thin.
Even though Meri has given fans enough clues, everything is speculation since neither Kody nor his first wife has spoken out about their marriage. Meri isn't the only one having issues as, during the last season, Christine Brown made it clear she was not happy with the state of her relationship. Janelle also noted that the worldwide pandemic made it difficult to connect. More than anything, Sister Wives fans are hoping that there is a new season so they can see what is going on in the family's personal lives.
