Although cinemas around the world are now open and working again amidst the coronavirus pandemic, allowing studios to release all those movies that had to be delayed, streaming services continue to be the main source of entertainment to many. In addition to offering a home to some of those movies that chose to skip a theatrical release, Netflix keeps adding new licensed and original content every week, ensuring its subscribers always have something to watch.
Last weekend, Netflix added the comedy Walk of Shame, the drama Like Crazy, and the Egyptian mystery movie Gunshot, along with the documentary Memories of a Murderer: The Nilsen Tapes, the action movie Sweet Girl, the comedy-drama The Chair, and the animated adventure The Loud House Movie. This weekend, the streaming giant will bring more movies with the action thriller The November Man, the horror movie The Old Ways, the romantic drama Really Love, and David Oyelowo’s The Water Man.

Set many years before Geralt’s time as a famous witcher, Nightmare of the Wolf explores the backstory of his mentor, Vesemir (voiced Theo James), from his childhood and his decision to become a witcher to him taking the role of mentor. During that journey, Vesemir will come across new, hybrid monsters, through which he will uncover a dangerous secret.
This weekend’s dose of documentaries on Netflix comes with Bob Ross: Happy Accidents, Betrayal & Greed. This documentary tells the “shockingly untold story” of prolific landscape artist and host of The Joy of Painting, Bob Ross, who encouraged everyone to embrace their creativity and believe in themselves, becoming a cultural phenomenon. However, beyond the soothing voice and iconic hair, lies a mystery that many have yet to discover.
Netflix's Clickbait is a drama TV series created by Tony Ayres and Christian White. It follows Nick Brewer (Adrian Grenier), a loving father, husband, and brother, who one day suddenly and mysteriously disappears. A video appears on the internet of the badly beaten Nick holding a card that says "I abuse women. At 5 million views, I die", leading to the question of this being a threat, a confession, or both. As his sister Pia (Zoe Kazan) and wife Sophie (Betty Gabriel) rush to find and save him, they uncover a side of Nick they didn't know existed.
Post Mortem: No One Dies in Skarnes is a Norwegian supernatural drama TV series that releases on Netflix this weekend. Live Hallangen is declared dead, but hours later, she suddenly wakes up on the forensic table with a dark, insatiable hunger. Meanwhile, her brother Odd tries to keep the family-driven funeral home afloat, but the stagnant death rate in the small town of Skarnes makes it impossible. Live has to learn to control her new, dangerous nature and decide if she is willing to sacrifice people’s lives for her own survival, which goes hand in hand with the survival of the family business.
Directed by Mark Waters (Freaky Friday, Mean Girls), He’s All That is a gender-swapped remake of the 1999 rom-com She’s All That releasing on Netflix this weekend. In this version, Padgett Sawyer (Addison Rae), a media influencer, accepts a challenge to turn the school’s least popular boy into prom king following a humiliating on-camera breakup that goes viral. The target of the challenge is Cameron Kweller (Tanner Buchanan), a scruffy and antisocial boy who Paget will have to turn into prom king material, but things get complicated when she starts falling for him. Also starring are Madison Pettis, Peyton Meyer, Isabella Crovetti, and She’s All That stars Rachael Leigh Cook and Matthew Lillard.
