Natalie Mordovtseva from 90 Day Fiancé has shocked fans with a throwback from her pageant days and revealed she was a journalism student in Ukraine. Not a lot is known about Natalie’s past before she met Mike through mutual friends Matt and Svetlana. This includes Natalie never mentioning that she was married twice. Interestingly, fans also are unsure about Natalie’s sudden close relationship with friend Juliana on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? However, amidst fans asking Natalie about Julia, she’s decided to shed light upon her secret life in Ukraine instead.
Ever since Natale moved to America, things have been tough for the 90 Day Fiancé star. Not only did Mike need a lot of convincing for him to marry her after the season 7 events, but he also canceled their wedding at mother Trish’s insistence. On HEA, Natalie never seemed to have gotten over Trish’s misdeeds, and the alleged “hooker” conversation opened a can of worms. With Juliana now in the picture, Natalie seems to have decided to move out of Mike’s Sequim house for good, as teased in the preview for episode 15 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? However, it seems that since leaving Mike, 90 Day Fiancé cast member Natalie has reclaimed her old life, something that stayed hidden when she was in Sequim.
Lately, Natalie Mordovtseva’s Instagram has been full of glam photos of her weight loss and plastic surgery results, with her perhaps wanting to become a professional model and actress again. But as per her newest post, Natalie has an alternative career to lean back upon, something that she even sacrificed a pageant win for! “That’s me, competing in Ukrainian pageant 'Miss City,'" wrote Natalie in the caption of her upload, which shows her a lifetime ago in a flowy printed dress and surprisingly straight hair tied in a bun. “I was studying journalism at university than and it was my only major priority!” the 90 Day Fiancé star revealed.
“May be that’s why I got only to the top 5,” Natalie confessed, before adding that it was a great experience either way. Upon learning these new facts about Natalie’s past, 90 Day Fiancé fans appeared impressed in the post comments. One fan commented that Natalie deserves someone better than Mike because of her being “very smart” and someone else observed that the TLC celeb appears “very determined” when it comes to achieving her goals. Fans also compared this old version of Natalie to the one now with an alleged nose job and whether she would go back to doing journalism in America was also a question raised by some.
Natalie is supposedly busy filming for season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé spin-off, The Single Life, but it looks like she also wants to give her cooking show career a try. Natalie, who’s yet to divorce Mike, also has another degree in psychology from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, apart from the journalism one she studied for at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. The multiple degrees still don’t give Natalie the right to call out Mike’s IQ on national TV, as both of them appear to have made an equal number of follies to cause the end of their 90 Day Fiancé marriage.
