RHOBH: Erika Ordered to Hand Over Financial Documents By July 21

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Erika Jayne has been ordered to hand over all of her financial documents to the courts by July 21. Until now, she has tried to save her glam lifestyle and claimed that most of her expensive items had been gifts from her husband. This suggests that she would not need to give them back.

On election day, Erika announced to the world that she had filed for divorce after 21 years of marriage. The blonde had hoped the news would have been buried, but the media took note. There had been rumors of cheating. The couple met back in 1999 when Erika was a cocktail waitress. There was a 33-year age difference, but she always fought back against the gold digger label. Bravo fans are finally starting to hear her side of the story as the new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs.

Even though Erika may be cooperating by testifying against her estranged husband, the 49-year-old was told she would need to hand over any and all financial documents as part of Tom Girardi’s bankruptcy case. Page Six obtained courts documents showing that Erika’s divorce attorney, Larry A. Ginsburg, was ordered to produce the records by 5 p.m. on July 21. The reality TV star was given until July 16 at 4 p.m. to file an opposition to the order if she pleased.

The lawyer and trustee for the case, Ronald Richards, who has been keeping followers up to date on Twitter, was given until July 23 to file a response if needed. The singer had been accused of refusing to turn over any of her documents. It was also alleged that she created her own company so she could transfer money after she filed for divorce.

The couple has been sued by Edelson PC on behalf of a number of Boeing plane crash victims. It is alleged that the couple embezzled settlement funds that were meant to go toward the victims of Lion Air Flight 610. The class action firm filed the court documents back in December of 2020. The documents claimed that Tom turned to criminal activity to fund the ostentatious lifestyle that he and Erika had become accustomed to. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has denied being a part of the scheme and stayed mum on the whole situation.
