The 2.3 update for Genshin Impact introduced a new hangout event with Beidou, and there are five different endings players can experience for this event. Beidou is the Captain of the Crux and was featured as an NPC in previous Genshin Impact missions involving the Inzauma questline. Beidou is also a playable character with Electro abilities and can become fairly powerful with the right build. However, players will need to meet a few prerequisites to access the hangout event with Beidou.
Hangout endings are determined by the choices players make and the answers they give when interacting with NPCs. To experience every ending for the Beidou hangout in Genshin Impact, players will need to go through it multiple times and make specific choices for each playthrough. To start Beidou's hangout, players need to be at least Adventure Rank 30 and have completed Inazuma's "Omnipresence Over Mortals" questline. After meeting the requirements, players can start the event.
Hangouts in Genshin Impact are popular events that allow players to interact with NPCs in friendly or even romantic ways, and each hangout has multiple endings. Some of the dialogue options in Beidou's hangout do not affect the outcome of the event. However, there are specific choices players can make throughout the hangout that determine which ending they will get, so players should be aware of which choices are important. Beidou's hangout has five unique endings ranging from good to neutral, but players can also fail the hangout and not get any available endings if they make the wrong choices.
Beidou's hangout event can be started by going to her pirate ship, the Crux, near Guyun Stone Forest. Players can now teleport directly instead of traveling to it on foot and by glider, thanks to Genshin Impact's 2.3 update. To start the event, players need to complete the "A Special Guest" mission where they speak to different crew members who are excited to see the Traveler there. As soon as the hangout starts, players will need to pay attention to their choices.

- If choosing the Spear team, complete the timed challenge by collecting 13 Wavesplitter Insignias within two minutes.
- Go to Liyue Harbor and tag along with Beidou while she visits the fish vendors.
- Players should fast travel to Guyun Stone Forest and speak to Mr. Abacus next.
- Finally, go with Beidou to the waypoint.

- When Beidou mentions the Shield of the Crux, respond with, "What's the other team? The Spear of the Crux?"
- Elect to be on the Shield team.
- Speak to the various crew members to learn about being a sailor.
- Get the correct answers on Beidou's quiz by choosing: "Underestimating Danger", "To mark distance" and "The presence of dark clouds and strong winds in opposite directions, plus white vortices in the clouds."
- Once the photography section starts, Beidou will eventually ask players where they should go to take the picture. Respond with, "I've heard there's a fishing village near Wangshu Inn."
- Complete the hangout by choosing anything except the flirtatious option and taking a photograph of Beidou using the screenshot function or Genshin Impact's Kamera gadget.

- Beidou tells the Traveler not to take the crew's enthusiasm the wrong way. Instead, players should choose, "Why would I? I should be thanking them for taking me to Inazuma."
- Beidou will show the Traveler a Scrawled Treasure Map, and players should choose, "I think it's Qingce Village, just very badly drawn."
- Follow each waypoint to help the villager NPCs until the Traveler is invited to the banquet.
- Attend between 9 pm, and 12 am and speak to Beidou until the chest is opened.
- Beidou Hangout Ending: Choices for "Sakura Blooms Upon Guili Fell"
- Beidou tells the Traveler not to take the crew's enthusiasm the wrong way. Players should choose, "Why would I? I should be thanking them for taking me to Inazuma."
- Beidou will show the Traveler a Scrawled Treasure Map, and players should choose, "I think it's the Guili Plains, just very badly drawn."
- Next, players need to destroy the three strange rocks.
- Follow the waypoint to a group of Hilichurls, then investigate the area when they are defeated.
- Find the odd tree with red leaves as Beidou recites Golden Alligator's poem.
- Dig up the treasure chest that's near the red-leafed tree.
Unlocking all five endings for Beidou's hangout event in Genshin Impact may take some time, but as long as players make the right choices, they can choose what ending they will get. Some endings require passing a quiz, while others can only be unlocked if players choose the right photograph location. There are a variety of options and experiences to have in Genshin Impact 2.3's Beidou hangout event.
